Սեյրան Օհանյանը Շուշիից առանց նախազգուշացնելու հեռացավ՝ ինձ ու զինվորներին թողնելով միայնակ, առանց կապ ու շրջափակված թշնամու զորքերով. Սերժ-Վարագ Սիսեռյան

44-օրյա պատերազմի ժամանակ Շուշիի անկման վերաբերյալ Radar Armenia-ն զրուցել է ՀՀ նախկին փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի գրասենյակի ղեկավար, 44-օրյա պատերազմի կամավոր Սերժ-Վարագ Սիսեռյանի հետ: 

- Պարոն Սիսեռյան, Դուք 44-օրյա պատերազմի ժամանակ ակտիվ մասնակցություն եք ունեցել ինքնապաշտպանության կազմակերպմանը։ Կհիշե՞ք՝ ի՞նչ վիճակ էր վերջին օրերին, մասնավորապես Շուշիում ինչպիսի՞ն էր դրությունը և ինչպես էր կազմակերպվում քաղաքի պաշտպանությունը։

- Այդ օրերին ընդհանուր անհասկանալի իրավիճակ էր, և ոչ միայն Շուշիում: Տարբեր տեղերից սխալ տեղեկատվություն էր փոխանցվում։ Այսինքն՝ կարծում եմ, որ ԳՇ-ն Օնիկ Գասպարյանի գլխավորությամբ,  իշխանությանը կամ սխալ, կամ կիսատ ինֆորմացիա էին փոխանցում։ Ո՞րն էր նպատակը՝ չգիտեմ։ Ասում էին՝ ամեն ինչ լավ է, նորմալ է, բայց իրականությունը տեղում լիովին այլ էր: Գնալով մեծանում էր փախուստի դիմողների թիվը, բայց չգիտես ինչու, այդ տեղեկատվությունը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության իշխանություններին ամբողջությամբ չէր փոխանցվում։ Նույն իրավիճակն էր նաև Շուշիում։ Ամսի 5-6 ին՝ Շուշիում շատ, թե քիչ մի քանի տասնյակ թվով զինվորներ ու կամավորականներ էին մնացել։

- Ըստ Ձեզ ինչո՞ւ ընկավ Շուշին։ Մինչ օրս հստակորեն ոչ ոք չի ստանձնել Շուշիի պաշտպանության պատասխանատվությունը։ Կա՞ր հասցեական, հստակ պատասխանատու անձ այդ հարցում։

- Այդ հարցը ճիշտ կլինի՝ ուղղեք Սեյրան Օհանյանին, որը այդ օրերին Շուշիի պաշտպանության փաստացի հրամանատարն էր: Սեյրան Օհանյանին մեկը, վերջ ի վերջո, պետք է հարց տա, թե ինչո՞ւ նա նոյեմբերի 5-ի երեկոյան Շուշիից դուրս եկավ առանց նույնիսկ այնտեղ տեղակայված վերջին խմբակներին տեղեկացնելու: Մեր կապը հրամանատարության հետ կտրվեց շատ անհասկանալի ու տարօրինակ ձևով, արդյունքում մենք մոտ 20-30 հոգով, մնացինք միայնակ։ Կարծում եմ՝ կգա օրը, և Սեյրան Օհանյանը ստիպված կլինի պատասխանել Շուշիում լքված զինվորների և կամավորականների հարցերին։

- Ըստ Ձեզ՝ Շուշիի գրավման մասով 44-օրյա պատերազմի հետաքննությամբ զբաղվող ԱԺ հանձնաժողովը ինչպիսի՞ գործառույթներ ունի, արդյո՞ք բացի քաղաքական գնահատականից, հանձնաժողովի բացահայտումները պետք է հանգեցնեն իրավական հետեւանքների կոնկրետ պատասխանատուների համար։

- Հանձնաժողովը նախ և առաջ պետք է կանչի Օհանյանին, ինչպես նաև մեզ՝ այնտեղ գտնված կամավորականներիս, լսի վկայությունները։ Արդյունքում՝ կարծում եմ շատ բան կպարզվի, շատ հանգամանքներ կբացահայտվեն, կհստակեցվեն: Իսկ Սեյրան Օհանյանը այժմ մինչև հանրահավաքներին մասնակցելը, հայրենասիրական ճառեր արտասանելը, ճիշտ կանի, եթե հայելու մեջ նայի և ինքն իրեն հարց տա, թե ինչո՞ւ որպես Շուշիի փաստացի հրամանատար, մեզ՝ այնտեղ գտնվող տասնյակ զինվորներիս ու կամավորներիս, թողեց ու, առանց նախազգուշացնելու, ուղղակի «թռավ» Շուշիից բոլորիս համար անակնկալ հայտնվելով Երևանում: Կարծում եմ՝ նա պետք է առերեսվի իրականության հետ, և մինչ Երևանի հրապարակներում Արցախը «փրկելը», հանրությանը հստակորեն բացատրի, թե ինչո՞ւ այդ փրկչական գործը ձախողեց այն պահին, երբ իրոք դրա պահն էր ու իր պատասխանատվության ներքո։
