Ինչպես են հարստացել ՀՀ քաղաքապետերը (ֆոտո)

Օրեր առաջ ԱԺ-ում քննարկվում էր «ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքում» եւ «Քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքում» լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրենքների նախագծերի փաթեթն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունելու հարցը: Ինչպես հայտնի է` նախագծով առաջարկվում է պաշտոնյաների ապօրինի հարստացումը քրեականացնել: Օրենսդրական այս փոփոխությունների քննարկման ֆոնին առավել հետաքրիր է դառնում, թե ինչպիսի ունեցվածք են դիզել մեր պաշտոնյաները: Որպես պաշտոնական հիմք կարող ենք ընդունել միայն նրանց ներկայացրած հայտարարագրերը, որոնցում, սակայն, հաճախ ներկայացվում են նրանց ունեցվածքի այսբերգների միայն տեսանելի մասերը:

Այս անգամ անդրադառնանք ՀՀ մեծ համայնքների ղեկավարներին:

Հոկտեմբերի 2-ին տեղի ունեցած ընտրությունների արդյունքում Գյումրիի քաղաքապետ ընտրված Սամվել Բալասանյանը իր նոր հայտարարագրում ներկայացրել է բազմապիսի ունեցվածք` արտադրական նշանակության շինություն, 3 անհատական բնակելի տուն, հողամաս, հողին ամրակայված այլ անշարժ գույք, հասարակական նշանակության շինություն եւ 3 միլիոն դրամ, ինչպես նաեւ՝ 13 հազար դոլար դրամական միջոցներ: Հարկային տարում Բալասանյանի եկամուտը եղել է միայն աշխատավարձը, որն ընդհանուր առմամբ կազմել է ավելի քան 2 մլն դրամ:

ՀՀ Լոռու մարզի Վանաձորի նորընտիր քաղաքապետ Մամիկոն Ասլանյանի հայտարարագրից տեղեկանում ենք, որ նա ունի մեկ հողամաս, մեկ բնակարան եւ «Toyota Land Cruiser» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա: Ասլանյանը ունի 15 մլն դրամ կանխիկ գումար, որը ստացել է ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեությունից: Թե ինչ բիզնես ունի, չի մանրամասնել:

Էջմիածնի քաղաքապետ Կարեն Գրիգորյանը 2016 թվականին պաշտոնական պարտականությունները ստանձնելու օրվա դրությամբ ունեցել է 6 մլն 700 հազար դրամ, 2 հազար դոլար, 5 հազար 5 հարյուր եվրո: Եկամտի չափը ընդհանուր առմամբ կազմել է ավելի քան 2 մլն դրամ, որը գոյացել է աշխատավարձից: Հրազդանի քաղաքապետ Արամ Դանիելյանն էլ ունի 2 մարդատար ավտոմոբիլային տրանսպորտի միջոց` MERCEDES-BENZ S550 եւ RANGE ROVER SPORT SC 4.2: Նրան հաջողվել է հետ գցել 400 հազար դրամ եւ 2 մլն 400 հազար դրամ: Դանիելյանի եկամտի չափը հաշվետու տարում կազմել է 400 հազար դրամ, եկամտի «աղբյուրը» աշխատավարձն է եղել:
