Արցախում սկսել են ռուսական անձնագրե՞ր բաժանել. Մետաքսե Հակոբյանի մենկաբանությունը

Հասարակության շրջանում շշուկներ են պտտվում, որ Արցախում սկսել են ռուսական անձնագրեր բաժանել: Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ պայմանագրային զինծառայողներին առաջարկում են շարունակել ծառայությունը խաղաղապահի կարգավիճակում կամ պարզապես տուն են ուղարկում:

1or.am-ը կապ հաստատեց Արցախի ԱԺ պատգամավոր Մետաքսե Հակոբյանի հետ, ով մեզ հետ զրույցում շրջանառվող լուրերը ֆանտաստիկայի ժանրից որակեց.

«Նախ ռուսական անձնագրերին անդրադառնամ, նման բան անգամ տեսականորեն չկա, ուր մնաց՝ գործնականում լինի: Դա որևէ օրենքի կամ օրինաչափության չի համապատասխանում, դա բացառում ենք միանգամից, չկա այդպիսի բան»:

Զինծառայողների մասով պատգամավորը նշեց.

«Մարդիկ սխալ հասկանալով՝ սխալ մեկնաբանում են: Հիմա, երբ արդեն կսկսվի նոր զորակոչը, ներկայիս ծառայողները կզորացրվեն, Հայաստանից ծառայողներ այլևս չեն գալու Արցախ: Պատերազմից հետո զինակոչի ընթացքում մենք այլևս նորակոչիկներ չեն ունեցել Հայաստանից, հիմա ծառայում են նրանք, ովքեր զորակոչվել են մինչև 44 օրյա պատերազմը: Դրանով պայմանավորված՝ սա վերջին խումբն է, որ Արցախից գնալու է Հայաստան: Մնացածը ոնց կար, նույն կերպ մնալու է. Արցախի ՊԲ-ում զորակոչը շարունակվելու նույն ձևով, ինչպես ընթացել է միշտ: Պայմանագրային զինծառայողները նույն ձևով շարունակելու են իրենց ծառայությունը: Չի կարող այդպիսի բան լինել, որ շարունակել որպես խաղաղապահ ծառայել, քանի որ դա հակասում է բոլոր օրենքներին, բոլոր պայմանավորվածություններին, որոնք ձեռք են բերվել նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարությամբ: Իրականում զարմացած եմ նույնիսկ, որ այդպիսի շշուկներ կան, երկուսն էլ իրականությանը չեն համապատասխանում»:
