Քաղաքագետ Մալաշենկոն կանխատեսել է Ղարաբաղի շուրջ նոր ռազմական հակամարտության հնարավորությունը

Ridus.ru-ն գրում է, որ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հայտարարել է, որ Բաքուն կհրաժարվի ճանաչել Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, եթե նա չստորագրի խաղաղության պայմանագիրը՝ հիմնված Ադրբեջանի առաջարկած սկզբունքների վրա։ Դա սպասելի էր, ասել է քաղաքական վերլուծաբան Ալեքսեյ Մալաշենկոն «ridus»-ի հետ զրույցում։

«Ադրբեջանն իրեն հաղթող է համարում։ Նա ավելի քիչ համակերպվող է։ Իսկ Փաշինյանի համար զիջումները նրա վարչապետության ավարտը կլինի, քանի որ Հայաստանում դեռևս կա հասարակության մի զգալի հատված, որը չի պատրաստվում որևէ զիջման գնալ Ադրբեջանին։ Թե ինչպես կպահի իրեն այդ հատվածը՝ մենք չգիտենք»,- բացատրել է նա:

Ըստ փորձագետի՝ իրավիճակն արմատապես չի փոխվի, բայց շատ բան կախված կլինի ադրբեջանցիներից. նրանք իրենց հաջողությունները պետք է համարեն բավարար, սակայն մինչ հիմա նման բան չի նկատվում։

«Սա կրկին փակուղի է, բայց ոչ այնպիսի, որը կարող է հանգեցնել ռազմական գործողությունների վերսկսման: Ադրբեջանի համար նպատակահարմար չէ գնալ Հայաստանի վրա: Առավել ևս Հայաստանի համար էլ նույնը նպատակահարմար չէ, քանի որ, իհարկե, ռազմական առումով նա հիմա շատ է զիջում և զիջելու է Ադրբեջանին»,- ասել է քաղաքագետը։

Մալաշենկոն հիշեցրել է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի գրեթե 70%-ն արդեն գտնվում է ադրբեջանական ուժերի վերահսկողության տակ։ Հայաստանին անհրաժեշտ է արտաքին աջակցություն հակամարտությունն իր օգտին շրջելու համար։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վերջին այցը Մոսկվա նույնպես չի ազդել ուժերի հարաբերակցության վրա. Ռուսաստանը հիմա կենտրոնացած է Ուկրաինայի վրա:

«Այն, ինչ հիմա կատարվում է Ուկրաինայում, այնպիսի ֆոն է, որի վրա տեղի է ունենում մնացած ամեն ինչը։ Եվ դա հաշվի են առնում բոլորը՝ Հայաստանում, Ադրբեջանում և Թուրքիայում։ Հիմա դժվար է որոշակի ասել, թե ինչպես կզարգանա հակամարտությունը Ղարաբաղի շուրջ, բայց այն այլևս վակուումի մեջ չէ», - ամփոփել է «ridus»-ի զրուցակիցը։
