Լավրովն ու Չավուշօղլուն քննարկել են իրադրությունը Հարավային Կովկասում

Ռուսաստանի եւ Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարարներ Սերգեյ Լավրովն ու Մեւլութ Չավուշօղլուն հաստատել են Հարավային Կովկասում իրավիճակի կայունացմանը նպաստելու տրամադրվածությունը, ներառյալ «3+3» ձեւաչափի կիրառումը։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ը, հեռախոսազրույցի ընթացքում «Դոնբասի ազատագրմանն ուղղված ՌԴ Զինված ուժերի հատուկ ռազմական գործողության համատեքստում մտքերի փոխանակում է տեղի ունեցել «երկրի վրա» իրավիճակի, մասնավորապես, Մարիուպոլի շուրջ»։

«Ռուսական կողմը կրկին ընդգծել է, որ մարտական շրջաններում ստեղծված ծանր հումանիտար իրավիճակի ողջ պատասխանատվությունը կրում են ուկրաինական աջ արմատական ազգայնական գումարտակները, որոնք խաղաղ բնակչությանն օգտագործում են որպես «կենդանի վահան» եւ հրաժարվում են օգտագործել կանոնավոր կերպով տրամադրվող մարդասիրական միջանցքները, որոնք պարբերաբար տրամադրվում են ռուս զինվորականների կողմից։ Քննարկվել են դիվանագիտական եւ ռազմական գերատեսչությունների միջեւ հնարավոր համատեղ քայլերը՝ խաղաղ բնակիչների, այդ թվում՝ օտարերկրացիների անվտանգությունը ապահովելու համար։

Չավուշօղլուն երախտագիտություն է հայտնել Մարիուպոլի մզկիթում գրոհայինների կողմից պահվող պատանդների ազատ արձակման հարցում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության զինված ուժերի հատուկ ստորաբաժանումների ցուցաբերած օգնության համար։

Ինչ վերաբերում է ռուս-ուկրաինական բանակցային գործընթացի հեռանկարներին, հաստատվել է ռուսական սկզբունքային դիրքորոշման անփոփոխությունը՝ բանակցությունների արդյունքն ամբողջությամբ կախված է մեր օրինական պահանջները հաշվի առնելու Կիեւի պատրաստակամությունից։
