Ի՞նչ շանտաժ է անում Իլհամ Ալիևը Պուտինին Ղարաբաղի հարցում

Վերջին ժամանակներս ռուս-ադրբեջանական հարաբերություններում նորից սառնություն է նկատվում, իսկ վերջերս Ռուսաստանի տարածքում ադրբեջանական համայնքը ներկայացնող խոշոր կառույցի փակումը այնքան լուրջ դժգոհություն է առաջացրել Ադրբեջանում, որ պաշտոնական մակարդակով Բաքուն նույնիսկ հայտարարեց, թե իբր այդ կառույցի փակման մեջ մեծ ազդեցութուն են ունեցել հայերը, իսկ Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարության ներկայացուցիչը կոշտ արձագանքեց Բաքվի այս քննադատությանը: Եւ, ահա, վերջին ժամանակներս ադրբեջանցիներն արդեն հրապարակավ «զոնդաժ» են անում Նախիջևանում հնարավոր թուրքական ռազմակայանի ստեղծման վերաբերյալ:

Բաքվում շատ լավ հասկանում են, որ նրանց այս քայլը խիստ բացասական արձագանք կունենա ոչ միայն Հայաստանում, այլև Ռուսաստանում: Հաշվի առնելով այս հանգամանքը, ադրբեջանցիները որոշել են ռուսներին շանտաժի ենթարկել թուրքական ռազմակայանի ստեղծման գաղափարով: Ավելին, վերջերս ադրբեջանական իշխանամետ սոցիոլոգիական կենտրոնի հարցման արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ ադրբեջանցիների 93 տոկոսը դժգոհ է Ռուսաստանի միջոնրդական առաքելությունից Ղարաբաղի հարցում: Իսկ հարցվողների 78 տոկոսը նշել է, որ Ադրբեջանը պետք է հրաժարվի Մոսկվայի այդ առաքելությունից: Իսկ այն հարցին, թե ով կարող է Ռուսաստանին փոխարինել այս հարցում, հարցվողների 53 տոկոսը նշեց, որ այն կարող է լինել Թուրքիան՝ իր ռազմակայանի ստեղծմամբ Նախիջևանում: Հարցվողների 24 տոկոսը նշել է, որ Ադրբեջանը պետք է խորացնի իր հարաբերությունները ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ:

Հասկանալի է, որ այս հարցումներն Իլհամ Ալիևի վարչակազմն անցկացրել է ոչ թե ադրբեջանական հասարակության համար, այլ Մոսկվայի համար, որպեսզի վախեցնի ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին Ադրբեջանի հնարավոր արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորի փոփոխությամբ: Ըստ էության, այս ամենը ցույց է տալիս, որ Բաքվում դժգոհ են Մոսկվայի քաղաքականությունից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի խնդրի կարգավորման հարցում:
