Փաշինյանը կոորդինատներ չի տվել․ Ալիև

Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հայտարարել է, որ Բրյուսելում կայացած հանդիպման ժամանակ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը իրեն ճանապարհի աշխարհագրական կոորդինատները չի տրամադրել։

«Ցանկանում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել նախագահ Շառլ Միշելին՝ իր ջանքերի և մթնոլորտ ստեղծելու համար, որը թույլ տվեց քննարկել շատ կարևոր հարցեր և համաձայնության գալ նորմալացման գործընթացի մեկնարկի շուրջ։ Կարծում եմ, սա մեկնարկային կետն էր, քանի որ մենք պայմանավորվեցինք սահմանային հանձնաժողովների և միաժամանակ աշխատանքային խմբերի ստեղծման և խաղաղ համաձայնագրի շուրջ։ Այս մասին մենք նախկինում խոսել ենք, և, ինչպես գիտեք, Ղարաբաղյան երկրորդ պատերազմի ավարտից հետո Ադրբեջանի դիրքորոշումը միշտ եղել է այն, որ մենք պետք է բանակցություններ սկսենք խաղաղ համաձայնագրի շուրջ։ Կարծում եմ՝ պաշտոնական մեկնարկային կետը եղել է ապրիլի 6-ին՝ Բրյուսելում։ Այդ ժամանակվանից մենք աշխատում ենք, ԱԳՆ-ն աշխատում է, և իմ վարչակազմը կապի մեջ է եղել ձեր թիմի հետ։ Մենք պատրաստ ենք սկսել այնել այն, ինչպես պայմանավորվել ենք: Կարծում եմ, որ կարևոր է, որ մենք հիմնվենք մեր ձեռք բերած առաջընթացի վրա, և որ երկու կողմերն էլ հավատարիմ մնան պայմանավորվածություններին»,֊ասել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը Հարավային Կովկասում ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Տոյվո Կլաարի հետ հանդիպմանը։

Նա հայտարարել է, որ, իր կարծիքով, «պետք է հստակեցվի հայկական կողմի հետ Նախիջևանի Ինքնավար Հանրապետության հետ Ադրբեջանի հաղորդակցության հարցը».

«Ես նկատի ունեմ և՛ երկաթուղին, և՛ մայրուղին։ Երկաթուղու հետ կապված՝ ես նախագահ Միշելին տեղեկացրի, որ մենք Ադրբեջանում կառուցել ենք ավելի քան 60 կիլոմետր երկաթուղի և հաջորդ տարի կավարտենք շինարարությունը։ Սակայն, ցավոք, Հայաստանում դեռևս չի սկսվել տեխնիկատնտեսական հիմնավորման գործընթացը, ինչը վկայում է այն մասին, որ գործընթացը կարող է ձգձգվել։

Ինչ վերաբերում է մայրուղուն, Ադրբեջանն այն ակտիվորեն կառուցում է, և ճանապարհի մեծ մասը պատրաստ է։ Նաև հույս ունենք, որ մինչև հաջորդ տարվա վերջ մենք կարող ենք ավարտել այն մինչև Հայաստանի սահմանը։ Ցավոք, Բրյուսելում կայացած հանդիպման ժամանակ Հայաստանի վարչապետը չի նշել աշխարհագրական կոորդինատները։ Ես այս հարցը բարձրացրել եմ փետրվարի 4-ի՝ տեսակոնֆերանսում, բայց պատասխան չի եղել։ Ապրիլի 6-ին կրկին խնդրել եմ ճանապարհի աշխարհագրական կոորդինատները, սակայն կրկին պատասխան չեմ ստացել։ Հուսով եմ, որ շուտով կստանանք»,֊ասել է Ալիևը:
