«Այսօր մեր ժողովուրդն ու մեր եկեղեցին մեծ խանդավառությամբ և հանդիսավորությամբ նշում է ամենասիրելի և ամենալուսավոր տոներից մեկը՝ Քրիստոսի հրաշափառ Հարությունը՝ Սուրբ Զատիկը։

Քրիստոնեությունը պետական կրոն աշխարհում առաջինը հռչակած հայ ժողովուրդը, կարծես, կրկնել է Քրիստոսի ճակատագիրը։ Ցեղասպանությունից հետո վերածնունդ ապրելով, մենք արժանապատվորեն անցանք փոթորկահույզ 20-րդ դարի խորդուբորդ ճանապարհներով, վերականգնեցինք մեր անկախությունը և վստահորեն կերտում ենք ապագան։

Սուրբ Զատիկն ավանդաբար ընտանեկան տոն է, և ես բոլոր հայ ընտանիքներին՝ ձեր օջախներին ի սրտե մաղթում եմ քաջառողջություն, խաղաղ ու բարեկեցիկ կյանք, համերաշխություն և ամենայն բարիք։
