Ռուսաստանը եղել է, կա և շարունակում է մնալ մեր ռազմավարական դաշնակիցը. Հայկ Մամիջանյան

Քանի դեռ Արցախյան հիմնախնդրի հստակ, նույնչափ հայանպաստ ձեւաչափ առկա չէ, ամեն կերպ անհրաժեշտ է պաշտպանել ԵԱՀԿ  Մինսկի խմբի գոյությունը, գործունեությունը, մանդատի ընկալելիությունը միջազգային  հանրության և կողմերի համար. խորհրդարանական ճեպազրույցներին ասել է ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Հայկ Մամիջանյանը:

Այս մասին հայտնում են Ազգային ժողովից:

Լրագրողի այն հարցին, թե ինչ է նշանակում երեկվա այն քայլը, որ ՌԴ արտգործնախարարությունը որոշել է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի Ռուսաստանի համանախագահին նշանակել որպես Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի հարաբերությունների կարգավորման հատուկ  ներկայացուցիչ՝ Մամիջանյանը նշել է.

«Դեռեւս 1 կամ 1,5 ամիս առաջ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցությունը հնչեցրել էր իր մտահոգություններն առ այն, թե ինչպես են վարվելու իշխանությունները, եթե ընթացիկ գործընթացների արդյունքում Ռուսաստանը դուրս գա ԵԱՀԿ-ից: Մենք խոսում էինք այդ մասին, դրան պատասխան որեւէ կերպ չէր տրվում:  Այս իրադարձությունը, որը տեղի է ունեցել՝ կապված ռուս համանախագահի հետ, կանխատեսելի էր: Կարծում եմ, որ անհրաժեշտ է հայկական կողմի եւ արցախյան կողմի հստակ  գնահատականն այդ ուղղությամբ, որպեսզի վերահաստատվի ԵԱՀԿ-ի դերակատարությունը բանակցային գործընթացում: Բնականաբար, Ռուսաստանը եղել է, կա եւ  շարունակում է մնալ  մեր ռազմավարական դաշնակիցը»,-ասել է նա:

«Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը, անդրադառնալով Արցախի խորհրդարանի արած հայտարարությանը, նշել է. «Արցախի խորհրդարանը երեկ ձեւակերպեց իր ընդհանուր դիրքորոշումը, սահմանեց այն կարմիր գծերը, որոնք պետք է լինեին բանակցությունների գործընթացի տրամաբանության ներքո: Այսօր արցախցին, չնայած հիասթափություններին, մտահոգություններին, չնայած ստեղծված այս անմխիթար իրավիճակին, ամուր կպած է իր արմատներին»:

Խոսելով Արցախի հիմնահարցի հնարավոր լուծման մասին՝ Հայկ Մամիջանյանը վստահեցրել է, որ իշխանափոխության պարագայում հնարավոր կլինի հասնել արդյունքների:

«Հնարավոր է շատ պարզ, էմպիրիկ փորձով, որովհետեւ տասնամյակներ շարունակ հայկական դիվանագիտությանը հաջողվել է իրական միջազգային հանրության, մասնավորապես, համանախագահ երկրների եւ հայկական դիրքորոշումները նույն էջում գտնվելն ապահովել: Եթե դա մեզ հաջողվել է առաջ, կհաջողվի նաեւ ապագայում»,-ասել է պատգամավորը:
