Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի հատուկ բանագնացների երրորդ հանդիպումը կկայանա Վիեննայում. Չավուշօղլու

Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի հատուկ բանագնացների երրորդ հանդիպումը կկայանա Վիեննայում։ Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարարը, որ այս մասին խոսել է թուրքական NTV հեռուստաալիքի ուղիղ եթերում, չի հստակեցրել հանդիպման ամսաթիվը։

Պնդելով, թե մեղադրելու մտադրություն չունի՝ Մևլյութ Չավուշօղլուն միևնույն ժամանակ Հայաստանին կոչ է արել ավելի համարձակ լինել և երրորդ երկրներում հանդիպումները տեղափոխել Անկարա ու Երևան:

Չավուշօղլուի խոսքով, երկկողմ հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը բարդ գործընթաց է, հասկանալի է, որ Հայաստանը կարող է արտաքին ճնշման տակ լինել, հայկական սփյուռքի մի մասը չի աջակցում և դեմ է կարգավորմանը, բայց այս փուլում Երևանը պետք է ավելի խիզախ գտնվի:

«Մի կողմից ասում եք թող հարաբերությունները կարգավորվեն ու սահմանները բացվեն, մյուս կողմից Թուրքիայում և Երևանում դեռ չեք համարձակվում հանդիպել: Եթե չեք համաձայնում նույնիսկ սեփական երկրներում հանդիպելու, մյուս հարցերում ինչպե՞ս եք քայլեր անելու», - նշել է նա:

Թուրքիայի արտգործնախարարը ասել է, որ նույնիսկ պատրաստակամ են եղել առաջինը իրենք գալու Երևան։ Չավուշօղլուն նաև հավաստիացրել է, թե այժմ վստահության բարձրացմանը միտված քայլեր են արվում, թե որոնք են դրանք, չի հստակեցրել։ Ավելի վաղ թուրքական կողմն այդպիսի քայլ էր համարել երկկողմ ուղիղ թռիչքների վերականգնումը։

Հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման համար բանագնացներ նշանակված Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը և Սերդարը Քըլըչը արդեն երկու անգամ հանդիպել են՝ հունվարին Մոսկվայում և փետրվարին Վիեննայում:

Կողմերը երկու հանդիպումներից հետո նույն հայտարարություն էին տարածել, թե բանակցությունների վերջնական նպատակը Հայաստանի ու Թուրքիայի միջև լիարժեք կարգավորումն է՝ առանց նախապայմանների:

Թուրքիայի արտաքին գերատեսչության ղեկավարը նաև խոսել է հայ-ադրբեջանական հաշտեցման գործընթացի մասին: Նա կարևորել է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների անցած շաբաթ Բրյուսելում կայացած հանդիպման արդյունքում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները, որոնք վերաբերվում են սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովի ձևավորման և խաղաղության պայմանագրի շուրջ աշխատանքների մեկնարկին։

Չավուշօղլուն նշել է, որ այս թեմայով հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել ադրբեջանցի պաշտոնակցի հետ, նախագահներ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանն ու Իլհամ Ալիևը ևս խոսել են այս հարցերի շուրջ:

«Հարավային Կովկասի կայունության համար բոլորը պետք է կարգավորեն հարաբերությունները միմյանց հետ, երկար ժամանակ կտրված կապերը պետք է վերականգնվեն, կարգավորումը հեշտ չէ, համարձակ քայլեր են պետք», - հայտարարել է Չավուշօղլուն:

Հայաստանի արտաքին գերատեսչությունը բանագնացների առաջիկա հանդիպման մասին առայժմ որևէ տեղեկատվություն չի տվել։

Նախօրեին հայ-թուրքական կարգավորմանը խորհրդարանում անդրադարձել էր վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ շեշտելով, որ միջազգային համայնքը լիարժեք աջակցում է այս գործընթացին և թեև խոսքը երկկողմ կարգավորման մասին է, բայց այն մեծ նշանակություն ունի միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային համատեքստում։
