Զախարովայի կողմից նոյեմբերի 9-ի փաստաթղթին հղվելը կոռեկտ չէ. Վահե Հակոբյան

PARA TV-ն  «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, «Վերածնվող Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Վահե Հակոբյանից մեկնաբանություն խնդրեց` ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովայի այսօրվա հայտարարության վերաբերյալ: 

Ամբողջական հարցազրույցը` ստորև.

-Պարոն Հակոբյան, ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան, ի պատասխան լրատվամիջոցների հարցման, այսօր, մեկնաբանելով պատգամարների` Արցախ մուտքի արգելքն ասել է, թե նրանք պիտի համաձայնեցնեին իրենց այցը խաղաղապահ առաքելության հետ, որը գործում է նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության հիման վրա: Ինչպե՞ս կմեկնաբանեք այս հայտարարությունը:

-Եթե լրատվամիջոցները ճիշտ են փոխանցել ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցչի պատասխանը, ապա դժվար եմ պատկերացնում, որ տիկին Զախարովային էլ հիշեցնելու կարիք կա, բայց հիշեցնեմ, որ նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության մեջ չկա Արցախ մուտքի ու ելքի ամրագրված համաձայնեցման որևէ կարգ` խաղաղապահ առաքելության հետ, ընդհակառակը` շատ հստակ արտացոլված է, որ պիտի լինի անխոչընդոտ տեղաշարժի երկկողմանի ապահովում: Հետևաբար, հղում անել նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարությանը և դրա մեջ դնել համաձայնեցման-չհամաձայնեցման կոմպոնենտ, առնվազն տրամաբանական չէ: 

Եթե կա այլ համաձայնություն, որի մասին մեր հանրությունը տեղյակ չէ և, օրինակ, մեր իշխանությունը մեր մեջքի հետևում ունեցել է հերթական համաձայնությունը, ուրեմն թող տիկին Զախարովան ճիշտ հղում տա: Եթե չկա այդպիսին, իր տված հղումով հարցը չի փակվում: 

Եվ, վերջապես, քանի դեռ անդրադարձ կա նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարությանը և քանի որ դա այդչափ կարևորվում է, հիշեցնեմ, որ այդ հայտարարությամբ ունեցած հանձնառությունները Ադրբեջանի կողմից կատարված չեն` գերիների և պահվող անձանց լիակատար վերադարձը կատարված չէ, կողմերը կանգնած չեն այն դիրքերում, որում պիտի կանգնած լինեին ըստ այդ հայտարարության, և դա վերաբերում է կոնկրետ Ադրբեջանին, որն ունեցել է առաջխաղացում ֆիքսված վիճակից: Ավելին, նա ունեցել է առաջխաղացում ընդամենը վերջերս, բոլորին հայտնի Փառուխի հետ կապված հատվածում: 

Հետևաբար, եթե հղում ենք անում նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարությանը, ապա պիտի հղումը լինի ճիշտ և կոռեկտ ու իրոք արտացոլի խնդիրները, և հետո` պիտի չլինի ընտրովի, այսինքն` պիտի ապահովվեն բոլոր դրույթները, ինչի չապահովման օրինակները ես արդեն բերեցի:
