Քանդակագործ Հարութ Կարապետյանը, ով Առինջ գյուղի բնակիչ է, կարծում է, որ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ին հետաքրքրել է իր համեստ անձը հենց այն բանի համար, որ ինքը մեկն է եղել այն հայրենասեր քաղաքացիներից, ով պատրաստ է եղել մեկնել սահմանագիծ՝ հետ բերելու, Ս. Սարգսյանի բնորոշմամբ, կորցրած «անպետք 100 մետր հողատարածքը»: Հարութ Կարապետյանը կամավոր դիմել է, որպեսզի կորցրած տարածքները հետ բերել ցանկացող խմբի հետ մեկնի Արցախ՝ առաջնագիծ:

ԱԱԾ-ից քանդակագործին զրույցի են հրավիրել հեռախոսով: Զանգահարել են, ներկայացել, հետո ասել՝ եկ զրուցելու բան ունենք:

«Ներկայացավ, ասաց անուն, ազգանուն, պաշտոն, բայց չֆիքսվեց իմ մեջ, չմտապահեցի: Ասում էր՝ արի ընկերական հետդ մի երկու բան ունենք խոսելու, ես էլ իրեն ասացի՝ ԱԱԾ-ի հետ ընկերական չեն շփվում, այլ շփվում են պաշտոնական: Ասի՝ բարի եղեք ինձ փաստաթուղթ ուղարկեք, եւ ես Ձեր հարցերին պատասխանեմ: Ինձ պատասխանեց, թե՝ ինչ փաստաթուղթ, այ ախպեր, մենք քեզ մարդկային, ընկերական զրույցի, շփման ենք կանչում: Ես էլ ասացի՝ բայց ախր ձեր կառույցն այդ կառույցը չի, որ մարդկային, ընկերական շփվենք: Պետություն ներկայացնող կառույց եք եւ պարտավոր եք շփվել մարդկանց հետ միայն փաստաթղթով, օրենքի շրջանակներում»,- ԳԱԼԱ-ի հետ զրույցում պատմեց Հարութ Կարապետյանը:
