ՀՀ-ն Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի սեփանակատեր է․ վարչապետ

Ազգային ժողովում ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խոսեց կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարից, դրա տեմպերից և թե ինչ քայլեր են ձեռնարկվում այդ ուղղությամբ։ Այս առումով ՀՀ վարչապետը կարևորեց ինստիտուցիոնալ տրամաբանությամբ առաջնորդվելը։

«Սա է պատճառը, որ մենք հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտե ենք ստեղծում, կոռուպցիոն գործերով դատարան ենք ստեղծում, դատական համակարգում որոշակի բարեփոխումներ ենք իրականացնում, ապօրինի գույքի բռնագանձման հայցերը արդեն սկսել են մտնել դատարան։ Իհարկե, ընդդիմությունը փորձում է ընթացակարգերը Սահմանադրական դատարանում վիճարկել, բայց պետք է ինստիտուցիոնալ գնանք»,- ասաց վարչապետը։

Վարչապետի խոսքով՝ Կառավարության համար ավելի կարևոր է մեխանիզմներ ստեղծելը, որպեսզի օրվա իշխանությունը չթալանի։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նաև ուշադրություն հրավիրեց փաստի վրա, որ նախորդ ամիս Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի գործով պետական բյուջե է վճարվել 15 միլիարդ դրամ։

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը, ժողովուրդը Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային գործարանի սեփականատերն է, դա թալանի վերադարձ չէ՞։ Դա ևս թալանածի վերադարձ է»,- ընդգծեց Փաշինյանը։

Վարչապետն անհրաժեշտ է համարում ինստիտուտներ ստեղծել, որոնք կպայքարեն կոռուպցիայի դեմ։

«Այո, ես էլ գոհ չեմ, բազմիցս եմ ասել, բայց իմ դժգոհությունների, բորբոքվածությունների արդյունքում եկել եմ այն եզրակացության, որ պետք է ինստիտուտ լինի, որ աշխատի, որովհետև վարչապետի հանձնարարականով կամ քաղաքական մեծամասնության կամքով չի դա, թող ինստիտուտ լինի ու աշխատի։ Եվ մենք 2020-2021 թվականներին շրջադարձային նշանակության բարեփոխումներ ենք իրականացնել»,- եզրափակեց Փաշինյանը։
