Անվտանգության ոլորտում համագործակցությունը պետք է հարմարեցվի նոր իրավիճակին. ՀՀ-ում ՌԴ դեսպան

Որպես Հայաստանի առանցքային դաշնակից՝ Ռուսաստանը հետագայում ևս անհրաժեշտ աջակցություն կցուցաբերի Հանրապետության անվտանգության ամրապնդման գործում։ Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 30-ամյակի առիթով ընդունելության ժամանակ ասել է Հայաստանում ՌԴ դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինը, տեղեկանում ենք դեսպանության ֆեյսբուքյան էջից։
 
«Ավանդաբար մեր փոխհարաբերությունների համալիրում առանձնահատուկ տեղ է զբաղեցնում անվտանգության ոլորտը։ Այս ոլորտում համագործակցությունը ստատիկ չէ, այն զարգանում է, ընդ որում՝ այնպես, որպես մեր երկրների համապատասխան ներուժը առավելագույնս հարմարեցվի նոր իրողություններին ու մարտահրավերներին»,–ասել է Կոպիրկինը։
Նրա խոսքով` երկկողմ հարաբերությունների համատեքստում կարևոր նշանակություն ունի տարածաշրջանային խնդիրը:
 
Կոպիրկինը նշել է` Հարավային Կովկասում անվտանգության և կայունության կարևոր երաշխավորն այսօր ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմն է, որը հաջողությամբ կատարում է իր առջև դրված խնդիրները: Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների միջև ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների հիման վրա և առկա եռակողմ մեխանիզմների միջոցով, ըստ նրա, մեր երկրներն աշխատում են նախադրյալներ ստեղծել տարածաշրջանի խաղաղ զարգացման, նրա ներուժի իրացման, այդ թվում՝ տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակման համար:
 
«Ինչպես բազմակողմ ձևաչափերում, այնպես էլ ազգային կարգավիճակում Ռուսաստանը պատրաստ է նպաստել հայ-ադրբեջանական և հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացին»,–հավելել է Կոպիրկինը։
 
Նրա խոսքով` այսօր ծայրահեղ բարդ աշխարհաքաղաքական իրավիճակի պայմաններում մեծանում է ընդհանուր ինտեգրացիոն միավորումների ՝ ԵԱՏՄ-ի, ՀԱՊԿ-ի և ԱՊՀ-ի դերը։ Այդ կառույցները, ըստ դեսպանի, իրենց դրսևորել են որպես հարթակներ, որոնք ենթակա չեն միջազգային քաղաքական կոնյունկտուրայի ազդեցությանը և անհրաժեշտ գործիքակազմ են տրամադրում անդամ պետությունների առաջընթաց զարգացման համար։
 
Կոպիրկինը նշել է նաև, որ Ռուսաստանը շարունակում է մնալ Հայաստանի առաջատար առևտրաներդրումային գործընկերը։ Նա գոհունակությամբ նշել է ապրանքաշրջանառության ցուցանիշի վերադարձը կայուն աճի հետագիծ՝ 2021 թ. արդյունքներով այն գերազանցել է մինչև համաճարակը գոյություն ունեցող ցուցանիշները և կազմել շուրջ 2,6 մլրդ դոլար:
 
Դեսպանն ասել է նաև, որ 30 տարիների ընթացքում 2 երկրների միջև համագործակցությունը առանձնացրել է ուժգին, վստահելի երկխոսությունը ամենաբարձր մակարդակով, որը տեսնում են և այսօր: Նա հիշեցրել է, որ երկրների առաջնորդները պարբերաբար շփվում են հեռախոսով, իսկ մոտ ապագայում հերթական հանդիպումը կանցկացնեն։
