Ձերբակալություններ՝ մեծ քանակությամբ ռազմամթերք ձեռք բերելու, պահելու, թմրամիջոցի ապօրինի շրջանառության կասկածանքով

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ձեռնարկված քննչական և դատավարական մեծածավալ գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների հետ համատեղ իրականացված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 266-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով և 268-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով քննվող քրեական գործի մի շարք հանգամանքներ:

Տեղեկացնենք, որ 2022թ. ապրիլի 11-ին, օրենքով սահմանված կարգով, խուզարկություն է իրականացվել Երևան քաղաքի բնակչի տանը, որի ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է զրահաբաճկոն, իսկ տան բակում՝ 3 հատ «АКМ», 2 հատ «АКС», 1 հատ «АК74», 3 հատ «РПК» տեսակի ինքնաձիգ, 1 հատ «РПГ» տեսակի նռնականետ, 7 հատ «Ф1» տեսակի, 6 հատ «РГД5» տեսակի նռնակ և նռնակի համար նախատեսված՝ 15 հատ պայթուցիչներ:

Բացի այդ, խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել են նաև 13 փամփշտատուփ՝ յուրաքանչուրը լիցքավորված 30 փամփուշտով, 2 փամփշտատուփ՝ յուրաքանչյուրը 28 փամփուշտով, 1 փամփշտատուփ՝ 18 փամփուշտով, 3 փամփշտատուփ՝ յուրաքանչյուրը 29 փամփուշտով, 1 փամփշտատուփ՝ չլիցքավորված 30 փամփուշտով, 3 երկաթե փամփշտատուփ, որոնցից մեկի մեջ 98, երկրորդում՝ 116, իսկ երրորդում՝ 149 փամփուշտ, ինչպես նաև՝ ինքնաձիգի համար նախատեսված 4 պահեստամաս։

Խուզարկության ընթացքում հայնաբերվել և առգրավվել է նաև մանրացված չորացված դեղնականաչավուն զանգվածով 2 ապակյա տարա, ինչպես նաև՝ փաթեթավորված մանրացված չորացված դեղնականաչավուն զանգված։

Ըստ զննության և հետազոտության նախնական արդյունքների՝ տարաներում և փաթեթներում համապատասխանաբար առկա ընդհանուր 103,7 և 25,03 գրամ հաստատուն չոր քաշով զանգվածները հանդիսանում են «Մարիխուանա» տեսակի թմրամիջոց։

Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել են դատաքիմիական և դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ:

Հանձնարարություններ են տրվել հետաքննության մարմնին:

Վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի որոշմամբ նշված տան բնակիչներ հայրը և որդին ձերբակալվել են՝ ապօրինի կերպով ռազմամթերք ձեռք բերելու, պահելու, թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության կասկածանքով:

Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ ռազմամթերքի և թմրամիջոցների ձեռք բերման աղբյուրը պարզելու, օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի քննություն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
