Վարքագծի կանոններ մշակեք, հակառակ դեպքում կբախվեք ԱԺ-ի մշակված կանոնների հետ և ստիպված կլինեք ենթարկվել. Ալեն Սիմոնյան

Պատսպարվելով խոսքի ազատության և ԶԼՄ-ների մասին օրենքով՝ լրագրողները հաճախ իրենց շատ վատ են պահում: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ ապրիլի 12-ին, ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը։

«Եվ այդ հարցով, կարծում եմ, մենք պետք է որոշում կայացնենք և որևիցե ձևով կարգավորենք լրագրողների գործունեությունը, որովհետեւ իրար ընդհատելով, իրար վիրավորելով, մարդկանց հետապնդելով, դա լրագրություն ներկայացնելը, կարծում եմ՝ ճիշտ չէ», - ասաց նա։

Հարցին, թե արդյոք պատգամավորներն իրենց լավ են պահում, Ալեն Սիմոնյանը պատասխանեց. «Պատգամավորների գնահատականը տալիս են ընտրողները՝ ընտրությունների միջոցով: Նրանք ուղիղ ընտրվող մարդիկ են: Պատգամավորի գործունեության հետ կապված օրենքը հստակ է: Եթե այլ բան է պետք անել, դրա մասին խոսում են պատգամավորները եւ ժողովուրդը քվե է տալիս»,-ասաց նա:

Դիտարկմանը, որ պատգամավորները քվե չեն ստացել, որ վիրավորեն լրագրողներին, ԱԺ նախագահն ասաց. «Այ էսպիսի վարվելակերպը նաեւ ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին է ջղայնացնում, դրանվ դուք վատ վերաբերմունք եք ձեւավորում մարդկանց մոտ լրագրողների նկատմամբ:

Դուք, լրագրողներդ չիշտ կանեք, եթե հավաքվեք միասին, ես կարող եմ դրան աջակցել, եւ որոշեք, թե ինչ վարքագծի կանոններ պետք է լինեն, որ դուք առնվազն իրար չընդհատեք, իրար հետ չվիճեք, որ լրագրողը ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում հրապարակային վիրավորանքներ չգրի, որ ԱԺ-ում իրար չվիրավորեն եւ կռիվներ չլինեն: Դա դուք պետք է անեք, որովհետեւ եթե դա անի իշխանությունը, դուք միշտ կարող եք ասել…

Այո, պատգամավորը նույնպես պետք է հետևի էթիկայի կանոններին, բայց պատգամավորներին գնահատական տվողը ՀՀ քաղաքացին է»։

Լրագրողներից մեկի դիտարկմանը, թե Փաշինյանի պատճառով է, որ լրագրողների մասին կա այդպիսի վերաբերմունք, քանի որ նա էլ է լրագրող, Ալեն Սիմոնյանն արձագանքեց. «Երկակի ստանդարտներ պետք չեն։ Հավաքվեք, կանոններ մշակեք, հակառակ պարագայում կբախվեք ներսում մշակված կանոնների հետ և ստիպված կլինեք ենթարկվել»։
