ՀՀ-ն վերահաստատում է իր հանձնառությունը՝ ապահովելու Արցախի ժողովրդի արժանապատիվ կյանքի իրավունքը. ԱԳՆ

ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն հայտարարություն է տարածել Մարաղայում հայերի կոտորածի 30-րդ տարելիցի կապակցությամբ.

«30 տարի առաջ՝ 1992 թ․ ապրիլի 10-ին, Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի կողմից իրականացվեց Արցախի Մարտակերտի շրջանի Մարաղա ավանում խաղաղ բնակչության՝ իր դաժանությամբ աննախադեպ կոտորածը, որի հետևանքով շուրջ 5000 բնակչություն ունեցող հայկական բնակավայրն ամբողջությամբ հայաթափվեց։

Մարաղայում իրականացված պատերազմական հանցագործությունները փաստագրված են մարդու իրավունքներով զբաղվող միջազգային կազմակերպությունների, ներառյալ՝ Human Rights Watch և Amnesty International իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությունների զեկույցներում, որոնք վկայում են, որ հայերի դեմ իրագործված ոճրագործությունների հետևանքով 50 հոգի դաժանաբար սպանվել է, այդ թվում՝ 30 կին, իսկ 29 կին և 9 երեխա պատանդ են վերցվել, որոնցից 19 հոգու ճակատագիրն առայսօր անհայտ է մնում։

Մարաղայի կոտորածը, որը դարձավ Սումգայիթում, Կիրովաբադում և Բաքվում կազմակերպված հայերի ջարդերի շարունակությունը, Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների կողմից հայերի նկատմամբ ատելության և էթնիկ զտումների քաղաքականության հերթական դրսևորումն էր։

Ադրբեջանի հայաշատ քաղաքներում և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հայերի կոտորածների կազմակերպիչների և իրականացնողների անպատժելիությունը, նրանց հերոսացումը և տարիներ ի վեր վարվող հայատյացության քաղաքականությունը հիմք դարձան նոր զանգվածային ոճրագործությունների իրագործման:

Ներկայումս ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հայ քաղաքացիական բնակչության շարունակական թիրախավորումն ու հումանիտար ճգնաժամ ստեղծելուն ուղղված գործողությունները, ինչպես նաև ս․թ․ մարտի 24-ից ՌԴ խաղաղապահ ուժերի պատասխանատվության գոտի ներխուժումը, որի հետևանքով ավելի քան 400 անձ ստիպված տեղահանվեց, վկայում են պաշտոնական Բաքվի իրական նպատակի մասին՝ ամբողջական էթնիկ զտումների ենթարկել Արցախը։

Այսօր մենք հարգանքի տուրք ենք մատուցում Մարաղայի կոտորածների զոհերի հիշատակին: Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը վերահաստատում է իր հանձնառությունը՝ ապահովելու Արցախի ժողովրդի՝ իր հայրենիքում ազատ, անվտանգ և արժանապատիվ կյանքի իրավունքը, և ընդգծում միջազգային հանրության ջանքերի հրատապությունը՝ կանխելու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայության էքզիստենցիալ անվտանգության համար սպառնալիքները»։
