Ռուսաստանը վաղաժամկետ կասեցնում է ՄԱԿ-ի Մարդու իրավունքների խորհրդում իր լիազորությունները

Ռուսաստանը ապրիլի 7-ից վաղաժամկետ կասեցնում է ՄԱԿ-ի Մարդու իրավունքների խորհրդում իր լիազորությունները, ընդ որում, չի նահանջի մարդու իրավունքների ոլորտում ստանձնած միջազգային պարտավորություններից։ Այս մասին ասվում է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ի տարածած հայտարարության մեջ։

«Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը որոշում է կայացրել վաղաժամկետ դադարեցնել իր լիազորությունները որպես ՄԱԿ-ի Մարդու իրավունքների խորհրդի անդամ ս․թ․ ապրիլի 7-ից»,- ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ։

Նշվում է, որ ռուսական կողմը ՄԱԿ-ի Մարդու իրավունքների խորհրդում Ռուսաստանի անդամակցության կասեցման վերաբերյալ ապրիլի 7-ին Նյու Յորքում ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի կողմից ընդունված բանաձեւը դիտարկում է որպես  «ոչ իրավաչափ եւ քաղաքականապես մոտիվացված քայլ՝ ՄԱԿ-ի ինքնիշխան անդամին ցուցադրաբար պատժելու նպատակով»։

«ՄԱԿ-ի Մարդու իրավունքների խորհրդում անդամակցությունը վաղաժամկետ դադարեցնելու մասին մեր կայացրած որոշումը մարդու իրավունքների ոլորտում Ռուսաստանի ստանձնած միջազգային պարտավորություններից շեղում չէ։ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը մտադիր է շարունակել նպաստել մարդու իրավունքների շուրջ կառուցողական երկխոսության ամրապնդմանը՝ բոլոր շահագրգիռ կողմերին ներգրավելով կոլեկտիվ զարգացման եւ պետությունների բոլոր խմբերի շահերին համապատասխանող որոշումների կայացման գործընթացում»,- ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ։

ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանը միշտ համարել է ՄԱԿ-ի Մարդու իրավունքների խորհուրդը «մարդու իրավունքների խթանման եւ պաշտպանության համընդհանուր համակարգի կարեւոր բաղադրիչ, որի հիմնական դերը կառուցողական եւ առավելագույնս ապաքաղաքականացված համակարգի զարգացմանը նպաստելն է», հաղորդում է «Интерфакс»-ը։

«Ռուսաստանի անկեղծ հավատարմությունը մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության եւ խրախուսման գործին մեզ թույլ չի տալիս երկար մնալ միջազգային մեխանիզմի մաս, որը դարձել է այս խմբի երկրների կամակատար, որոնք իրենց նպատակներն իրականացնելու համար չեն խուսափում ինքնիշխան պետություններին բացահայտ շանտաժի ենթարկելուց»,- ասվում է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ի հայտարարության մեջ։
