2022-ի 1-ին եռամսյակում ՀՀ սահմանը հատել է 142,000-ից ավելի ՌԴ քաղաքացի, ելքերը ևս շատ են

Միգրացիոն ծառայության պետ Արմեն Ղազարյանը հայտարարել է, որ 2022-ի առաջին եռամսյակում Հայաստան է ժամանել 142,000-ից ավելի ՌԴ քաղաքացի, սակայն ելքի ցուցանիշը ևս մեծ է՝ 130,000-ից ավելի ելք է եղել: Տարբերությունն ընդամենը մոտ 4000 է, բայց չի կարելի ասել, թե ընդամենը 4000 ՌԴ քաղաքացի է մնացել երկրում, քանի որ խոսքը միայն սահմանահատումների տարբերության մասին է, հայտնում է «Ազատությունը»։

Նա նշել է, որ ավելի հետաքրքրական է ամիսներով համեմատությունը՝ 2022թ․ հունվարին ՌԴ անձնագրերեով մեկնումների քանակը ՀՀ-ից գերազանցում էր ժամանումների թիվը, փետրվարին ժամանումները մի փոքր ավելի էին, մարտին մուտքերը 10,000-ից ավելի էին ելքերից, իսկ եթե համեմատել 2021-ի առաջին եռամսյակի հետ, երբ մուտք էր գործել ՌԴ անձնագրով մոտ 43,000 անձ, ապա մուտքերի քանակն ավելի է 3․3 անգամ։

Միգրացիոն ծառայության պետը նշել է, որ սահմանահատումների ցուցանիշը կարճաժամկետ առումով հստակ պատկեր չի տալիս, և նախընտրելի է այդ ցուցանիշը համեմատել տարեկան առումով, քանի որ երկարաժամեկտ դինամիկա է ցույց տալիս։

Ղազարայնը նշել է, որ կան նաև Կացության կարգավիճակների տրամադրման տվյալներ, որոնք, սակայն, հրապարակվում են կիսամյակը մեկ։ 2021թ․ ավարտին ՀՀ-ում կացության կարգավիճակ է ունեցել 12, 000-ից ավելի անձ, որից 4500-ից ավելին՝ ՌԴ քաղաքացի, իսկ 2022թ․ տվյալները դեռ չեն հրապարակվել։

Նա նշել է, որ տարեսկզբին գործարկվել է ևս մեկ ցուցիչ՝ օտարերկրացիների աշխատանքի թույլտավության տրամադրման էլեկտրոնային հարթակը, որի տվյալներն ամփոփվելու են տարեվերջին։
