ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը մեկնարկում է 10,8%-ով հիփոթեքային վարկավորման ծրագիր Renaissance Premium Home բնակելի համալիրում

ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը և «ԵՊՀ շրջանավարտների միավորում» կառուցապատող ընկերությունը մեկնարկել են համատեղ հիփոթեքային ծրագիր Renaissance Premium Home բազմաֆունկցիոնալ բնակելի համալիրում բնակարանների գնորդների համար՝ տարեկան 10,8% տոկոսադրույքով: 

Անշարժ գույքի ձեռքբերման հիփոթեքային վարկ կարելի է ձևակերպել տարեկան 10,8%-ով  (փաստացի տոկոսադրույք` 11,4%-11,9%), 5 մլն ՀՀ դրամից մինչև 80 մլն ՀՀ դրամ գումարի չափով, 3-30 տարի ժամկետով: Բնակարանի ձեռք բերման նվազագույն կանխավճար՝ սկսած 10%-ից: Բանկն իրականացնում է ձեռք բերված գույքի և վարկառուի անձի ապահովագրություն վարկի գործողության ամբողջ ժամկետի ընթացքում:

«Բնակարանային հարցի լուծումը ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի համար առավել կարևոր է։ «ԵՊՀ շրջանավարտների միավորում» կառուցապատողի հետ համատեղ Բանկի հիփոթեքային ծրագիրը մեր հաճախորդներին առաջարկում է առավել հարմար պայմաններ Renaissance Premium Home պրեմիում դասի բնակելի համալիրում բնակարաններ գնելու համար։ Բացառիկ ծրագրի շրջանակներում մենք նախատեսում ենք տրամադրել վարկեր նորակառույց շենքերում՝ շուրջ 350 բնակարաններ գնելու համար»,- նշել է «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկ» ՓԲԸ-ի Մանրածախ բիզնեսի զարգացման դեպարտամենտի տնօրեն Տաթևիկ Բադալյանը։

Վարկային հայտ ներկայացնելու համար  հաճախորդները կարող են դիմել Բանկի Հիփոթեքային կենտրոն՝ ք․ Երևան, Վերին Անտառային 135, մասնաշենք 40 հասցեով, ինչպես նաև մարզերում գտնվող Բանկի ցանկացած մասնաճյուղ։ Վարկային հայտ ներկայացնելիս պահանջվում է փաստաթղթերի նվազագույն փաթեթ՝ տեղեկանք կառուցապատողից, վարկառուի, առկայության դեպքում նաև համավարկառուի անձը հաստատող փաստաթուղթ և սոցիալական քարտ: Հայտի դիտարկման ժամկետը 1-2 աշխատանքային օր է:
