Ու՞մ է ձեռնտու խաղաղությունը և ու՞մ շահերն են սպասարկում նիկոլները. Արթուր Ղազինյան

ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արթուր Ղազինյանն  ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ու՞մ է ձեռնտու խաղաղությունը և ու՞մ շահերն են սպասարկում նիկոլները:
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վերջին ամիսներին ապրում և շնչում է Ադրբեջանի հետ խաղաղության պայմնագիր կնքելու երազանքով՝և գերբնական ճիգեր գործադրելով փորձում է համոզել հայ հասարակությանը, որ դրա բխում է Հայաստանի շահերից:
Որպեսզի պարզենք այս պնդման հիմնավորվածությունը, կատարենք մի շատ պարզ վարժություն:
Այսպես, խաղաղությունները միջազգային պրակտիկայում հաստատվում են երկու եղանակով.
1. Պատերազմի ավարտին հաստատված ուժերի նոր բալանսով (ստատուս քվո), և
2. հակամարտող կողմերից մեկի կապիտուլյացիայով:
Կոնկրետ Արցախի (Հայաստանի) և Ադրբեջանի միջև հակամարտության պարագայում 44-օրյա պատերազմի ավարտին ուժերի հավասարակշռության մասին խոսելն առնվազն անմտություն է, քանի որ նոյեմբերի 9-ին ստորագրված դավաճանական փաստաթուղթը որևէ կերպ չի հաստատում ուժերի բալանս, իսկ դրա գրեթե բոլոր կետերը ուղիղ հակասության մեջ են հայկական շահի հետ: Սա նշանակում է, որ 44-օրյա պատերազմն ավարտվել է հայկական կողմի փասացի կապիտուլյացիայով, ինչի իրավաբանական ձևակերպումը պետք է ամրագրվի խաղաղության պայմանագրով:
Ադրբեջանը, դեռևս մարտի 10-ին Հայաստանին է փոխանցել խաղաղության իր պայմանները և հրապարակել է դրանք, իսկ նիկոլները պնդում են, որ իրենց առաջարկները Ադրբեջանին են փոխանցել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի միջոցով, որոնք մինչ օրս գաղտնի են պահվում, իսկ մեր բոլոր ջանքերը ծանոթանալ դրա հետ բախվում պատին:
Վստահաբար կարող ենք պնդել, որ այդ առաջարկների մեջ չկա Արցախի ժողովրդի իր պատմական հայրենիքում ԻՆՔՆՈՐՈՇՎԵԼՈՒ իրավունքի ճանաչումն ու երաշխավորումը Հայաստանի կողմից:
Այսինքն պնդել, որ կապիտուլյացիան իրավաբանորեն ձևակերպելը բխում է Հայաստանի և Արցախի շահերից, նշանակում է ստանձնել Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի շահերի լոբբիստի, նույնն է թե ազդեցության կամ փաստացի գործակալի գործառույթ, քանի որ խաղաղության պայմանագրով հաստատվելիք խաղաղության պայմաններն ամբողջությամբ թելադրված են Բաքվից, ստորացուցիչ են Հայաստանի և Հայ մարդու համար, անարգում են Արցախի ազատագրական պայքարում իրենց կյանքը զոհաբերած մոտ 15.000 Հայի հիշատակը և վերջնականապես կոտրում են Հայաստանի և Հայ մարդու ողնաշարը:
Հետևաբար, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և մնացած նիկոլները, առաջ մղելով խաղաղության պայմանագիր ստորագրելու օրակարգը, ԱՊԱՀՈՎՈՒՄ և ՊԱՇՏՊԱՆՈՒՄ ԵՆ Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի շահերը՝ դրանով իսկ գործելով դավաճանական ծրագրի վերջին արարը:
Հ.Գ. Հատկանշական է, որ խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքելու հարցը օրակարգ բարձրացավ պատերազմի ավարտից մեկ ու կես տարի անց՝ Ռուսաստանի կողմից Ուկրաինայում ծավալվող ռազմական հատուկ օպերացիայի ամենաակտիվ շրջանում, իսկ դրա մոդերացիան այս պահին իրականացնում է Ռուսաստանի դեմ տնտեսական պատերազմ հայտարարած Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահը:
