«Ավինյանը տիրապետում է Երևանի խնդիրներին». Երևանի ավագանու անդամ

Իշխող ՔՊ կուսակցությունը հայտարարել է, որ Երևանի ավագանու առաջիկա ընտրություններում քաղաքապետի իրենց թեկնածուն լինելու է նախկին փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը։ 

Երևանի ավագանու «Լույս» խմբակցության ղեկավար Դավիթ Խաժակյանը Radar Armenia-ի հետ զրույցում հիշեցրեց, որ Ավինյանի հետ աշխատել է դեռևս 2017թ.-ին՝ «Ելք» խմբակցության շրջանակներում, և դա եղել է արդյունավետ աշխատանք. «Կարծում եմ՝ նաև պետական ապարատում իր գործառությունը բավականին դրական ազդեցություն կունենա քաղաքի կառավարման վրա, նաև՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ ետհեղափոխական շրջանում հիմնականում քաղաքապետեր են հանդիսանում մարդիկ, ովքեր չունեն կառավարչական փորձառություն։ Այդ առումով՝ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» որոշումը դրական եմ գնահատում»։ Հարցին, թե հետագա համագործակցություն տեսնո՞ւմ է Տիգրան Ավինյանի հետ՝ Խաժակյանը պատասխանեց. «Ժամանակը ցույց կտա, դեռ շատ ջրեր կհոսեն այս ընթացքում, բայց մենք պարոն Ավինյանի հետ աշխատելու փորձ արդեն ունենք»։

Երևանի ավագանու «Լույս» խմբակցության քարտուղար Անի Խաչատրյանը ևս նշեց, որ աշխատել է Ավինյանի հետ. «Ես ինքս Տիգրան Ավինյանի հետ նախորդ գումարման ավագանու խմբակցությունում աշխատել եմ, ու, կարծում եմ, պարոն Ավինյանը բավականին լավ է տիրապետում Երևանի խնդիրներին, որովհետև «Ելք» խմբակցությունը չափազանց ակտիվ է աշխատել, ու մենք ավելի խորքային գիտենք այդ խնդիրները»։

Մեր հարցին, թե ապագա ավագանում նրա հետ համագործակցություն տեսնո՞ւմ է՝ Խաչատրյանը պատասխանեց. «Ավելի շատ քաղաքական կլինի իմ պատասխանը. ես բազմիցս եմ ասել, որ մենք՝ «Հանրապետություն» կուսակցությունը, համագործակցություն տեսնում է ցանկացած ուժի հետ, բացառությամբ՝ «Հայաստան» դաշինքի, ավելի ճիշտ՝ որտեղ կա Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը»։

Երևանի ավագանու ԲՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Միքայել Մանրիկյանը նորմալ է վերաբերում Ավինյանի թեկնածությանը, բայց թե ինչպիսի քաղաքապետ կլինի, այս պահին չի կարող ասել. «Հարցական է, թե որ ուժը կհաղթի, որը՝ կպարտվի, ժամանակը ցույց կտա, կոնկրետ ոչ մի բան չենք կարող ասել, որովհետև Տիգրան Ավինյանի աշխատանքը դեռ չենք տեսել»։

Տիգրան Ավինյանի հետ համագործակցության հեռանկարի մասին խոսելով՝ Մանրիկյանը նշեց. «Մենք բարձրաձայնում ենք խնդիրները, ներկայացնում ենք գործադիր մարմնին, նաև, շատ դեպքերում, տալիս ենք խնդիրների լուծման ուղղությունները. մենք գործնական ենք մոտենում։ Եթե մարդիկ ադեկվատ դրսևորում ցուցաբերեն մեր բարձրացրած խնդիրներին, դրանց լուծումները տան, դա ինքնըստինքյան արդեն համագործակցություն է։ Իսկ եթե կոալիցիոն համագործակցություն՝ հաջորդ գումարման համար, եկեք դրանից չխոսենք, առաջ չգնանք»։
