«Դիրքը հանձնեցի-դիրքը ընդունեցի» չի եղել. ի՞նչ է կատարվել Քարագլուխ բարձունքում

Sputnik Արմենիան գրում է. ՀՀ ԶՈւ գլխավոր շտաբի պետի նախկին խորհրդականն անարդար է համարում Արցախում գտնվող ռուս խաղաղապահներին ուղղված քննադատությունը և բացատրում է, թե ինչու։

Արցախի Ասկերանի շրջանի Փառուխ գյուղի և Քարագլուխ բարձունքի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակը հայ զինվորականների անհեռատես որոշումների հետևանքն է։ Այս տեսակետը Sputnik Արմենիայի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց ՀՀ ԶՈւ գլխավոր շտաբի պետի նախկին խորհրդական Վլադիմիր Պողոսյանը, որը ծանոթ է Փառուխում տիրող իրավիճակին։

Մեր զրուցակիցը որոշ տեղեկություններ ներկայացրեց վերջին օրերին տեղի ունեցած սրացումների վերաբերյալ։ Նրա խոսքով՝ զորքերի հայելային հետքաշմանպայմանավորվածության շրջանակում Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի ստորաբաժանումները պետք է հեռանային Փառուխ գյուղի մոտ տեղակայված 5 դիրքերից: Նրանց փոխարեն նախատեսվում էր ռուս խաղաղապահներ տեղակայել։

Հայկական ուժերն անմիջապես հեռանում են` չսպասելով ռուս զինվորականներին։ Հինգ դիրքերից միայն մեկում են մնում։ Ադրբեջանական կողմն էլ իսկույն օգտվում է դրանից, և նրանց զինվորականները գալիս են ու զբաղեցնում այդ դիրքերը։

«Խաղաղապահներին ժամանակ էր պետք։ Պարագիծը մեծ է, իսկ զորակազմը, եռակողմ հայտարարության պայմաններին համապատասխան, մեծ չէ։ Նրանք պետք է խումբ ձևավորեին և շարժվեին դեպի հայերի թողած դիրքերը։ Բայց հայկական կողմը, չսպասելով, որ խումբը տեղ կհասնի, լքում է իր դիրքերը, ինչը ինձ համար աբսուրդ է։ Եվ «դիրքը հանձնեցի-դիրքը ընդունեցի» գործընթացը չի եղել։ Թեև անհասկանալի է, թե ինչպես է ստացվել, որ թիվ 416 դիրքի (հայկական ԶՈւ) անձնակազմը դուրս չեն բերել»,– ասաց Պողոսյանը։

Մարտական կանոնադրությունը հստակ ասում է՝ դիրքը հանձնել ժամանած ստորաբաժանմանը։ Մեր զրուցակցի խոսքով` ստորաբաժանումը, տվյալ դեպքում՝ ռուսական ջոկատը, դեռ չէր ժամանել, և այս ֆոնին հայկական ստորաբաժանումների գործողություններն ընդհանրապես որևէ բացատրություն չունեն։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, այդ անելանելի իրավիճակում խաղաղապահները հասցրել են ժամանակին փրկել թիվ 416 զորամասի անձնակազմին, որը, ինչպես նշվեց, մնացել էր տեղում։ Բանն այն է, որ ադրբեջանական ԶՈւ-ի տեղաշարժի հետևանքով միակ հայկական դիրքը, որտեղ անձնակազմը տեղում էր մնացել, շրջափակման մեջ էր մնացել։

Եվ, փորձագետի խոսքով, եթե ռուս զինվորականները ժամանակին չհասնեին, դիրքի անձնակազմը կա՛մ կոչնչացվեր, կա՛մ գերի կընկներ։ Պողոսյանը, վկայակոչելով իր աղբյուրներին, նշում է, որ ադրբեջանցիները զարմացել են խաղաղապահների բավականին օպերատիվ ժամանումից։

Տեղի ունեցածի ֆոնին փորձագետը իռացիոնալ է համարում հայկական ղեկավարության դիրքորոշումը, որը պահանջում է հետաքննել խաղաղապահների գործողությունները։ Նա համոզված է, որ ռուս զինվորականները, որոնք կանխել են մեկ դիրքի անձնակազմի գերեվարումը, արժանի չեն նման վերաբերմունքի։
