Հանրապետության նախագահի գլխավորությամբ կայացել է Անվտանգության խորհրդի ընդլայնված հերթական նիստը
 
Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը մարտի 27-ին հրավիրել է Անվտանգության խորհրդի ընդլայնված նիստ:
 
Ողջունելով ներկաներին՝ երկրի ղեկավարը ասել է.
«Անվտանգության խորհրդի նախորդ նիստի ժամանակ կայացրել ենք որոշումներ, այդ թվում՝ կոչով և խնդրանքով դիմելով Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին՝ ջանքեր գործադրելու Արցախում տեղակայված խաղաղապահ զորակազմի միջոցով հակառակորդի ելման դիրքեր վերադառնալու և խաղաղություն ապահովելու համար: Այս առումով շատ ողջունելի է մարտի 26-ին ՌԴ ՊՆ և ԱԳՆ արձագանքը:
 
Շատ կարևոր էր նաև ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ մյուս երկրների անդրադարձը, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ մեր գործընկերների ակտիվ աշխատանքը: Ինչպես գիտեք, իրավիճակի կայունացման նպատակով տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ վարչապետի և ՌԴ նախագահի, ՀՀ և ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարների հեռախոսային քննարկումները, որոնց հետևել է ՌԴ-ի և Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարների հեռախոսազրույցը: Այսինքն, շահագրգիռ ու պատասխանատու երկրները, գնահատելով իրավիճակը, իրենց միջնորդական առաքելությունն են կատարել»,- ասել է նախագահ Հարությունյանը:
 
Անդրադառնալով հանրային և քաղաքական որոշ շրջանակների այն շահարկումներին, թե իբրև ադրբեջանական կողմի վերջին օրերին ծավալած ագրեսիան Արցախի իշխանությունների հետ որոշակի պայմանավորվածությունների արդյունք է՝ նախագահն այն որակել է սադրիչ և պառակտող:
 
«Մեր պայմանավորվածությունը մեկն է՝ եռակողմ հայտարարության կետերի կատարումը, որևէ այլ պայմանավորվածություն չի կարող լինել: Ուստի, նման սադրիչ հայտարարությունները նպատակ ունեն շեղել մեզ իրական խնդիրներից, միասնականությունից և պառակտել հանրությանը:
Ոչ միայն որևէ պայմանավորվածություն չի կարող լինել, այլև ոչ մի որոշում չի կայացվելու առանց Անվտանգության խորհրդի կազմի կամ ընդլայնված կազմի հետ քննարկելու»,- ասել է Նախագահը:
Այնուհետև երկրում առկա ռազմաքաղաքական վերջին իրադարձությունների վերաբերյալ զեկուցմամբ հանդես է եկել ԱՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Կամո Վարդանյանը:
Նիստում կրկին հստակեցվել են ստեղծված իրավիճակում համարժեք քայլերի ձեռնարկման հետ կապված հարցեր: Նախագահ Հարությունյանը տվել է մի շարք հանձնարարականներ:
