«Ռուսաստանը խախտում է դաշնակցային պարտավորությունները». Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ-ն սպառնո՞ւմ է Մոսկվային

«Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարությունն «իր ափսոսանքն է հայտնում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ՊՆ 2022 թվականի մարտի 26-ի իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող և միակողմանի ճշմարտության հայտարարության կապակցությամբ»,- նման հայտարարություն է տարածել Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ-ն:

Հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է, որ մարտի 25-ին պաշտպանության նախարար, գեներալ-գնդապետ Զաքիր Հասանովի և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության պաշտպանության նախարար, բանակի գեներալ Սերգեյ Շոյգուի հեռախոսազրույցի ընթացքում ադրբեջանական կողմը հայտարարել է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում «հստակեցվում են դիրքերն ու տեղանքները»։

Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը նշում է, որ Ադրբեջանը, իբր թե, հավատարիմ է 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 10-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությանը և «չի խախտել դրա դրույթներից որևէ մեկը»։

«Ցավով նշում ենք, որ սույն հայտարարության 4-րդ կետի համաձայն՝ հայկական բանակի մնացորդների և ապօրինի հայկական զինված կազմավորումների ամբողջական դուրսբերումն Ադրբեջանի տարածքից դեռ ավարտված չէ։ Ուստի հայտարարության դրույթները խախտողն է ոչ թե Ադրբեջանը, այլ Հայաստանը»,- նշել են նախարարությունից։

Ըստ Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ-ի` ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարության այս հայտարարությունը հակասում է երկկողմ հարաբերությունների բնույթին և 2022 թվականի փետրվարի 22-ին երկու երկրների միջև ստորագրված դաշնակցային համագործակցության մասին հռչակագրին:

Բաքիվի պնդմամբ` «Ադրբեջանի տարածքում «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ» անունով վարչատարածքային միավոր չկա։ Հայտարարության մեջ նշված գյուղի անվանումը ոչ թե «Փուռուխ», այլ «Փառուխ»»:

«Վերոնշյալի կապակցությամբ ԱՀ ՊՆ-ն խնդրում է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության պաշտպանության նախարարությանը, եռակողմ հայտարարության դրույթներին համապատասխան, ապահովել հայկական բանակի մնացորդների և ապօրինի հայկական զինված կազմավորումների ամբողջական դուրսբերումը միջազգային հանրության կողմից ճանաչված Ադրբեջանի տարածքներից, խեղաթյուրված չնկարագրել Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի տեղաշարժն իրենց երկրի ինքնիշխան տարածքներում, չօգտագործել «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ» արտահայտությունը և ճիշտ նշել Ադրբեջանի տարածքների անվանումը»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ:
