Ադրբեջանի կողմից ագրեսիան ԼՂ-ում խաղաղապահ զորակազմի պատասխանատվության գոտում նախապես ծրագրված է․ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ

Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի և պաշտպանության նախարարությունների կողմից վերջին օրերին տարածված հայտարարությունները ևս մեկ անգամ բացահայտ կերպով վկայում են, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի սիստեմատիկ բռնության և ահաբեկման քաղաքականության նպատակը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայկական բնակավայրերն էթնիկ զտման ենթարկելն է։ Այս մասին ասված է ՀՀ ԱԳՆ հայտարարության մեջ։

Այսպես, մարտի 24-ին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Փառուխ գյուղ ադրբեջանական զինուժի ներխուժմանը նախորդել էին հայկական բնակավայրերի և քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքների ուղղությամբ անդադար արձակվող հրազենային կրակահերթերը, ինչպես նաև Փառուխ գյուղի հարևանությամբ գտնվող Խրամորթ գյուղի բնակչությանը ադրբեջանական կողմից օրեր շարունակ բարձրախոսներով հնչեցրած և հայկական բնակչությանն ուղղված սպառնալիքները՝ լքելու բնակավայրը։

Այս ներխուժմանը և ռազմական գործողությունների հրահրմանը զուգահեռ աննախադեպ ցրտաշունչ եղանակային պայմաններում Ադրբեջանն արդեն մի քանի շաբաթ շարունակ խափանել է կենսական նշանակություն ունեցող գազատարի աշխատանքը՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակչությանը կանգնեցնելով հումանիտար աղետի շեմին: Ավելին՝ էթնիկ զտումների իր ուղեգիծն ամբողջացնելու և արցախահայությանը ցեղասպանության ենթարկելու քաղաքականությունը նոր թափով իրագործելու համար Ադրբեջանն իր հայտարարություններով պահանջում է դուրս բերել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայկական բնակչության ինքնապաշտպանական ուժերը։

Ադրբեջանի արտաքին և պաշտպանական գերատեսչությունների հայտարարությունները փաստում են նաև, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից ագրեսիան Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խաղաղապահ զորակազմի պատասխանատվության գոտում նախապես ծրագրված է, ինչը բացահայտ արհամարհանք է 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ ստանձնած պարտավորությունների՝ ներառյալ իրենց զբաղեցրած դիրքերում կողմերի կանգ առնելու վերաբերյալ դրույթի նկատմամբ:

Միջազգային հանրությունը պարտավոր է գործուն և հասցեական քայլեր գործարկել Հարավային Կովկասում իրավիճակը ապակայունացնելու փորձերը կանխելու ուղղությամբ։ Միևնույն ժամանակ կարևոր ենք համարում, որ ադրբեջանական ստորաբաժանումների՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորախմբի պատասխանատվության գոտի ներխուժման ընթացքում խաղաղապահ զորախմբի գործողությունների պատշաճ քննություն տեղի ունենա, ինչպես նաև խաղաղապահ զորախումբը ադրբեջանական ստորաբաժանումները ելման դիրքեր վերադարձնելու հստակ պահանջ ձևակերպի և հրապարակի:

Ակնկալում ենք նաև, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորախումբը կոնկրետ և տեսանելի քայլեր ձեռնարկի իրադրությունը կարգավորելու, նոր զոհեր և մարտական գործողություններ թույլ չտալու համար:
