Թիրախում կրկին Պատրոն Դավիթն է

Հայաստան զենք մատակարարող Դավիթ Գալստյանը` հայտնի որպես Պատրոն Դավիթ, ազատության մեջ է, ինչը լիուլի բավարար է տարբեր տեղերից սնուցվող լրատվականների ու դավադրության տեսությունների սիրահարների համար` ապատեղեկատվություն տարածելու հարցում նոր հորիզոններ նվաճելու։

Նախ, հասարակությանը լրատվություն մատուցելուց առաջ պետք է առնվազն գրագետ լինել և իմանալ, որ կալանավորված` դեռ չի նշանակում մեղավոր։ Մեղավոր կամ հանցագործ համարվում է այն մարդը, ում նկատմամբ կա ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճիռ։

Դավիթ Գալստյանը կամ Պատրոն Դավիթը մեղադրվել է այնպիսի հրթիռների ներմուծման համար, որի ձեռքբերման և հետգնման համար Ռուսաստանը 9,7 միլիարդ ռուբլի է հատկացրել։ Խոսքը ժամանակին իր երկրում արտադրված և այլ երկրներ մատակարարված նույն հրթիռներից առկա մնացորդների մասին է:

Դավիթ Գալստյանը տարիներ առաջ Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարության պատվերով գնել և փոխանցել է այդպիսի հրթիռներ։ Եվ այն, որ Ռուսաստանը ոչ միայն չի վաճառում, այլև սկսել է հետ գնել այդ հրթիռները, քանի որ դրանց քանակը բավականին քիչ է, ինքնին վկայում է, որ այդ հրթիռները որակյալ են և ժամկետի մեջ: Մամուլում տեղեկություն տարածվեց, որ իրեն մեղադրանք առաջադրելուց հետո Գալստյանը առաջարկել է հետ գնել իր ապրանքը, ինչը և արվել է, որից հետո գրավի դիմաց ազատ է արձակվել։

Հիմա այս պատմության մեջ ի՞նչը դուր չի եկել մամուլի որոշ միջոցների կամ նրանց պատվիրատուներին` անհասկանալի է։ Կամ եթե նույնիսկ այս ընթացքում ՊՆ֊ն գնումներ է իրականացրել նույն մատակարարկից, ապա պետք է ֆիքսել. լինել որևէ դրվագով կասկածյալ` դեռ չի նշանակում լինել մեղավոր կամ համագործակցության համար ոչ արդյունավետ։
