Մահվան ելքով ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարներ Արմավիրի և Արարատի մարզերում.ՔԿ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի և Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչություններում քննություն է տարվում՝ մահվան պատճառ դարձած ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարների դեպքերի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ: Այս մասին հայտնում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն։

«2022թ. մարտի 23-ին՝ ժամը 21:20-ի սահմաններում, Էջմիածին-Մարգարա միջպետական ավտոճանապարհի 13-րդ կմ-ի հատվածում, միմյանց են բախվել «Միցուբիշի» և «Օպել» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաները, ինչի հետևանքով վերջինիս ուղևորուհին հիվանդանոց տեղափոխվելու ճանապարհին մահացել է, իսկ մյուսը, ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներով, ընդունվել է Վաղարշապատի բժշկական կենտրոն:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել են քննչական և դատավարական անհրաժեշտ գործողություններ՝ ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատարի դեպքի վայրի և ավտոմեքենաների զննություններ:

Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատաավտոտեխնիկական և դատահետքաբանական համալիր փորձաքննություններ:

2022թ. մարտի 24-ին՝ ժամը 02:00-ի սահմաններում «Օպել» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը, Մասիս-Էջմիածին ավտոճանապարհին՝ Սայաթ-Նովա և Նիզամի համայնքներ տանող խաչմերուկի հատվածում, կորցնելով մեքենայի կառավարումը, դուրս է եկել հանդիպակաց ուղեմաս, բախվել գազատար խողովակի հենասյանը և շրջվել, որի հետևանքով 2014թ. ծնված ուղևորը մահացել է, իսկ ուղևորներից ևս երկուսը, տարբեր մարմնական վնասվածքներով, տեղափոխվել են «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոն:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել է ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարի  դեպքի վայրի և տրանսպորտային միջոցի զննություններ, նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ, հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք:

Քրեական գործերի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի քննություն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քննչական կոմիտեն հորդորում է՝ հետևողականորեն պահպանել ճանապարհային երթևեկության կանոնները: Տրանսպորտային միջոցները վարելիս կարևորել սեփական և այլոց կյանքն ու առողջությունը չվտանգելու հանգամանքը և այդ ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկել անհրաժեշտ գործողություններ»,-ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
