Առցանց անմաքս առևտրի փոփոխված շեմը կգործի մինչև հոկտեմբերի 1-ը. ՊԵԿ

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն 2022թ․մարտի 18-ին տեղեկացրել էր, որ 2022 թվականի մարտի 17-ին Մոսկվայում կայացած Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի խորհրդի նիստի ընթացքում ընդունված որոշմամբ՝ ֆիզիկական անձանց կողմից անձնական օգտագործման համար առցանց անմաքս առևտրի շեմը՝ գործող 200 եվրոյի փոխարեն սահմանվել է 1000 եվրո և (կամ) 31 կգ:

Որոշմամբ սահմանվել է, որ այն կգործի  մինչև 2022թ. հոկտեմբերի 1-ը։                 

Նշված որոշումը հրապարակվել է ԵԱՏՄ հանձնաժողովի կայքում 2022 թվականի մարտի 21-ին և ուժի մեջ է մտնում հրապարակվելուց հետո տասներորդ օրը՝ 2022 թվականի մարտի 31-ին։

 Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի խորհրդի 2017 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 20-ի N107 որոշմամբ սահմանված է, որ անդամ պետությունների ազգային օրենսդրությամբ կարող են սահմանվել որոշմամբ նախատեսված արժեքային, քաշային և (կամ) քանակական նորմերից ավելի խիստ նորմեր, որոնց դեպքում գործում են ազգային օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված նորմերը։ «Մաքսային կարգավորման մասին» օրենքի 249-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասին 1-ին կետով առանց մաքսատուրքերի, հարկերի վճարման արժեքային, քաշային շեմը սահմանված է 200000 դրամ և (կամ) 30 կգ, հետևաբար Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի խորհրդի 2017 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 20-ի N107 որոշումն ուժի մեջ մտնելու օրվանից՝ մարտի 31-ից,  կգործի «Մաքսային կարգավորման մասին» օրենքով սահմանված՝ 200000 դրամի և (կամ) 30 կգ-ի շեմը։

Միաժամանակ տեղեկացնում ենք, որ այս պահին քննարկվում է ազգային օրենսդրության և ԵԱՏՄ կարգավորումների համապատասխանեցման նպատակահարմարությունը։
