Սահմանային գյուղերում ապրող հայերն ու ադրբեջանցիները արդեն 30 տարի է գնալ-գալ չունեն

Ադրբեջանական Ղազախի շրջանի Ջաֆարլի գյուղով դեպի Հայաստան ձգվող երկաթգծից այսօր քիչ բան է մնացել, միայն կիսականգուն ռելսերն են հիշեցնում երբեմնի ակտիվ երթևեկության մասին:

Մինչև 1980-ականների վերջը Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև Երևան-Իջևան-Ղազախ-Բաքու երկաթուղի էր գործում: Գնացքները Բաքվից գալիս էին սահմանային Ղազախ, այնտեղից անցնում Հայաստան: 90-ականների պատերազմի պատճառով երկաթգիծը դադարեց գործել:

 

44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո օրակարգ եկավ Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև տրանսպորտային ուղիների ապաշրջափակման հարցը: Այս համատեքստում քննարկվում է Երասխ-Ջուլֆա-Մեղրի-Հորադիզ երկաթուղու վերագործարկման հարցը: Չնայած Երևան-Իջևան-Ղազախ-Բաքու երկաթգծի վերականգման մասին պաշտոնյաները հրապարակային ավելի քիչ են խոսում, բայց «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի ադրբեջանական ծառայությունը եղել է սահմանային Ղազախում և տեղացիներից հետաքրքրվել, թե ինչ ակնկալիքներ ունեն:

Ջաֆարլիի բնակիչները հիշում են ժամանակները, երբ երկաթգիծը դեռ գործում էր, առևտուր էին անում, գնալ-գալ կար: Ասում են՝ երկու կողմի համար էլ լավ կլինի, եթե երկաթուղին վերագործարկվի: «Առևտուր կարող է լինել, գնալ-գալ կլինի: Գուց մի օր լինի, ինչպես նախկինում էր», - ասել է նրանցից մեկը:

Ջաֆարլիի բնակիչ Գաշեմ Նասիբովն էլ է հիշում՝ 30 տարի առաջ դեռ գործող գնացքով Հայաստան էր գնում. - «Գնում էինք այնտեղ միրգ վաճառելու: Նրանք միրգ չունեին, այնտեղ էլ այլ սննդամթերք կար: Մեզ մոտ բերքն ավելի առատ էր՝ խաղող, կեռաս, խնձոր, ծիրան»:

Գյուղացիները պատմում են, որ հիմա վաճառելու միրգ էլ շատ չկա: 1990-ականներին, երբ Ղազախի յոթ գյուղերը մնացին հայկական կողմում ու դարձան անկլավային, Սոֆուլու ու Բարխուդարլու գյուղերից եկող ոռոգիչ ջրանցքները պատերազմի ժամանակ ավերվեցին:

Գաշեմ Նասիբովը, որը 44-օրյա պատերազմում որդուն է կորցրել, թերահավատորեն է վերաբերվում Ղազախի երբեմնի ադրբեջանական գյուղերի հետ նորից միավորվելու հեռանկարին: Հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանների բացմանն մասին էլ դրական չի խոսում. - «Թող ժամանակին լիներ, հիմա էլ պետք չի»:

Ջաֆարլիի ջրամբարի մյուս կողմում հայկական գյուղ է երևում: Չնայած գյուղերը իրար շատ մոտ են, բայց սահմանի տարբեր կողմերում ապրող հայերն ու ադրբեջանցիները արդեն 30 տարի է գնալ-գալ չունեն:

Գյուղացիներից Նուսրեթը հիշում է, որ խորհրդային շրջանում հայերը Ադրբեջան էին գալիս շրջելու, իրենք էլ Հայաստան ու Վրաստան էին գնում: Ասում է՝ խաղաղության հաստատում, հարաբերությունների վերականգնում ուզում է, բայց երաշխիքներ են պետք. - «Չգիտեմ ինչ ասեմ, կարծում եմ դժվար կլինի գնալ-գալը: Նույնիսկ եթե իշխանությունները համաձայնության գան, ով կարող է երաշխավորել, որ գնաս, հետ կգաս»:

Տեղացիները պատմում են, որ սահմանային այս գյուղերը տասնամյակներ շարունակ վտանգի տակ են եղել, բայց 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո ավելի հանգիստ է, արդեն չեն կրակում: Սակայն անվտանգությունը գյուղի միակ խնդիրը չէ: Սոցիալական պայմանները ծանր են, աշխատանք չկա, թոշակներն էլ ցածր են:

Էլիշան Մուրշուդովը Ղազախի շրջանի Գոշա գյուղից է, որը սահմանակից է Տավուշին: Քանի որ այլ աշխատանք չկա, անասուն է պահում, կարտոֆիլ ցանում: Ասում է՝ անասուն պահելը ռիսկային է, արատովայրերում դեռ ականներ կան, այս տարի արդեն 5 կով են այդպես կորցրել. - «Մեր հինգ կովերը այդպես սատկեցին, չորսն էլ հայկական կողմ էին անցել, մեկի ոտքը վիրավոր էր, փախել եկել էր: Մյուսները մնացել էին: Զինվորականները ասացին, որ սահմանը չենք կարող անցնել»:

90-ականների պատերազմին կամավոր կռվի գնացած Արիֆ Յուսիֆովը այդ դժվար օրերը չի ուզում հիշել, բայց ասում է՝ կյանքը հիմա էլ է դժվար: Այն ժամանակ գյուղը չթողեցին, հիմա էլ հեռանալ չի ուզում. - «Թող աշխատավայրեր լինեն, երիտասարդները չհեռանան: Տանը երկուսով ենք մնացել: Գյուղի մեծ մասը այդպես է ապրում, երիտասարդները քիչ են»:

Արիֆ Յուսիֆովի երեք երեխաները Բաքվում են ապրում: Անհամբեր սպասում է, որ Նովրուզին իրեն այցի գան:
