Պարզվում են 24-ամյա երիտասարդի հրազենային մահացու վնասվածք ստանալու հանգամանքները (լուսանկարներ)

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Թումանյանի քննչական բաժնում ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ Լոռու մարզի 24-ամյա բնակչի՝ հրազենային մահացու վնասվածք ստանալու բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ՔԿ-ից:

Ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների 2022թ. մարտի 20-ին՝ ժամը 22:50-ին, «Վանաձոր» բժշկական կենտրոնից հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ «աջ զստափոսի հրազենային վնասվածք» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել Լոռու մարզի Լորուտ գյուղի՝ 1997թ. ծնված բնակիչ:

Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է  քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ  քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 235-րդ  հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, որի նախաքննության կատարումը հանձնարարվել է  քննչական խմբին:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում իրականացված քննչական և դատավարական այլ մեծածավալ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են երիտասարդի՝ հրազենային մարմնական վնասվածք ստանալու հանգամանքները, այդ թվում՝ շարժառիթը, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը:

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ դեպքի օրը վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել տուժած երիտասարդի և 2003թ. ծնված համագյուղացու միջև, որի մասին վերջինս հայտնել է հորը, ով վրեժխնդիր լինելու նպատակով, նույն օրը՝ ժամը 22:00-ի սահմաններում, գյուղամիջում, դեռևս չպարզված հրազենով, 24-ամյա երիտասարդին կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, կրակել է նրա ուղղությամբ, որից հետո վերջինս տեղափոխվել է Վանաձորի հիվանդանոց, որտեղ հաջորդ օրը՝ ժամը 08:15-ին, մահացել է:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել են քննչական և դատավարական անհրաժեշտ գործողություններ՝ դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել է 1 հատ 5,45մմ տրամաչափի կրակված պարկուճ և ավտոմեքենայի ապակու կոտրված կտորներ, առգրավվել են դեպքի պահին տուժածի հագին եղած հագուստները, նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ, հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:

Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձին  և հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացած հրազենը հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու, ցուցմունքներում մատնանշված հանգամանքները ստուգելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ,քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
