Weatherford-ը նավթային չորս ընկերություններից վերջինն է, որը դադարեցրել է ներդրումները ՌԴ-ում

Weatherford International նավթասպասարկման ընկերությունը հայտարարել է, որ դադարեցնում է ներդրումները եւ տեխնոլոգիաների մատակարարումը Ռուսաստան։ Ընկերությունը «մեծ քառյակից» վերջինն էր, որը դադարեցնում է գործունեությունը ՌԴ-ում՝ Ուկրաինայում իրավիճակի պատճառով։ Ավելի վաղ նման որոշում էին կայացրել Halliburton-ը, Schlumberger-ը եւ Baker Hughes-ը, գրել է «Коммерсантъ»-ը։

«Ճգնաժամն սկսվելու պահից մենք շարունակում էինք գնահատել մեր գործունեությունը եւ մի շարք պատասխան միջոցներ ենք ձեռնարկել։ Փետրվարի 24-ին պատժամիջոցներ մտցնելուց հետո մենք դադարեցրինք մատակարարումները, ինչպես նաեւ ցանկացած նոր ներդրում կամ նոր տեխնոլոգիաների մատակարարում Ռուսաստան»,- ասել է ընկերության նախագահ եւ գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Գիրիշ Սալիգրամը (մեջբերումն՝ ըստ «Ինտերֆաքս»-ի)։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Weatherford-ը ակտիվ համատեղ ձեռնարկություններ կամ գործընկերություն չունի Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության տարածքում։ Սալիգրամը նշել է, որ ընկերությունը կհետեւի պատժամիջոցների «փոփոխվող լանդշաֆտին» եւ կշարունակի կատարել առկա պայմանագրային պարտավորությունները։

Ռուսաստանում գործունեությունը դադարեցնելու մասին մարտի 18-ին առաջինը հայտարարել է ամերիկյան Halliburton-ը։ Ընկերությունում տեղեկացրել են, որ հետեւում են պատժամիջոցներին, որոնք արգելում են տրանսակցիաները եւ աշխատանքը, այդ թվում որոշ ռուսական պետական հաճախորդների համար։

Ավելի ուշ նման որոշում է կայացրել Schlumberge միջազգային ընկերությունը։ «Մենք առաջին հերթին հետեւում ենք Ուկրաինայում, Ռուսաստանում եւ ամբողջ տարածաշրջանում մեր աշխատակիցների, գործընկերների եւ նրանց ընտանիքների առողջությանը, անվտանգությանը եւ պաշտպանությանը»,- ասել է գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն Օլիվիե լը Փեշը։

Մարտի 19-ին Ռուսաստանում ներդրումները դադարեցնելու մասին տեղեկացրել է Baker Hughes-ը։ Ընկերությունը կհետեւի գործող օրենսդրությանը եւ պատժամիջոցներին՝ շարունակելով կատարել ընթացիկ պայմանագրային պարտավորությունները։
