«Թող Փաշինյանը գնա Արցախ, բացատրի, թե ինչ բանակցություններ են եղել, ինչի դիմաց էին բանակցում». Վահե Հակոբյան

ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունն առաջարկում է գազալցակայանների, բենզալցակայանների աշտարակներին տեղադրել սարքեր, որպեսզի վերահսկեն թերլցումները։ Հարցն այսօր քննարկվեց Տնտեսական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովում։

Քննարկումից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Վահե Հակոբյանը թեմայի առնչությամբ ասաց, որ կան բարեխիղճ և ոչ բարեխիղճ տնտեսվարողներ, հետևաբար՝ գուցե նման սարքերի միջոցով բացահայտվեն անբարեխիղճ տնտեսվարողների քայլերը։

«Ի վերջո, այս ֆինանսական բեռն ընկնելու է սպառողի վրա, այս անկայուն, գնաճի պայմաններում մենք շատ զգույշ և բալանսավորված տնտեսական քաղաքականություն վարենք։ Որքանով հասկացա՝ այս սարքերը ձեռք են բերելու տնտեսվարողները, բայց  նախաձեռնող կողմը պատրաստ չէ անգամ այդ հարցին պատասխանելու։ Նախորդ անգամ, երբ նախագիծը հետ ուղարկեցինք նախարարություն, ասում էին՝ մեկ սարքը 600 հազար դրամ է, իսկ այսօր ասացին՝ մոտ 1 մլն դրամ։ Այստեղ մեկ ուրիշ խնդիր էլ կա, սերվերները, որոնք պետք է ապահովեն ինֆորմացիոն հոսքը, դրանք ո՞ւմ հաշվին են սպասարկվելու։ Եթե սա էլ ենք թողնում տնտեսվարողների վրա, ապա դառնում է աբսուրդ»,- նշեց Վահե Հակոբյանը։

Անդրադառնալով վերջին շրջանում Արցախում թշնամու իրականացրած սադրանքներին, Վահե Հակոբյանը համոզմունք հայտնեց, որ ադրբեջանական կողմը պարզապես ցանկանում է  օգտվել իրավիճակից՝ ռուս-ուկրաինական լարվածությունից, և հասնել իր վաղեմի նպատակին, որը կա «Շուշիի հռչակագրի» մեջ՝ ստանան «միջանցք» և միավորեն երկու թուրքական պետությունները ցամաքային ճանապարհով։

«Մեր կառավարության դիրքորոշումն ինձ համար ծայրահեղ անհասկանալի է՝ այս ֆոնի վրա շարունակել բանակցել թուրքական կողմի հետ։ Ինձ հետաքրքիր է՝ ի՞նչ են բանակցելու թուրքերի հետ։ Իրենք իրենց առջև խնդիր են դրել, որ ամեն գնով հարաբերությունները կարգավորեն թուրքերի հետ։ Թող Փաշինյանը գնա Արցախ, բացատրի, թե ինչ բանակցություններ են եղել, ինչի դիմաց էին բանակցում, և այլն։ Կարծում եմ՝ այսօր Արցախում ներքին նորմալ քաղաքական «ցնցումներ» են կատարվում, քանի որ տեսնում եմ, որ այնտեղ մի քիչ քաղաքականությունը փոխվել է»,- հավելեց պատգամավորը։
