Այսօր «Միասնություն» համազգային շարժումն անցկացրեց հերթական կլոր սեղան-քննարկումը, այս անգամ՝ «Հասարակություն-Բանակ-Պետություն» խորագրով:

Քննարկման ժամանակ քաղաքական վերլուծաբան, քաղաքագետ, Times.am էլեկտրոնային ռեսուրսի գլխավոր խմբագիր Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանը նշեց, որ թեման օրհասական է մեր պետության համար, և մեր պետությանը, հասարակությանը պետք է պատրաստել երկարատև հակամարտության: Պետք է մշակել ծրագրեր, որոնք կօգնեն ոչ միայն այժմեական խնդիրները լուծելու համար, այլև արդյունավետ կլինեն ավելի երկար ժամանակ:

Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանի կարծիքով՝ մարդկանց պետք է դարձնել գաղափարակից զինվոր, ոչ թե ծառայող, որը պարտքն է կատարում և 2 տարի հետո պետք է գնա: Նա պետք է հասկանա՝ ինչու է այդ համազգեստը կրում, ինչ խնդիր է լուծում և ինչպիսին է ուզում տեսնել իր երկիրը և զինված ուժերը՝ բանակից հեռանալուց հետո:
Ըստ վերլուծաբանի՝ արդիական են ռազմական կրթության խնդիրները, և սա այն դեպքն է, երբ կարելի է փոխառել միջազգային փորձը:

«Մենք ունենք ռազմական ինստիտուտներ, վարժարաններ, որտեղ տղաները կտրվում են հասարակությունից: Այն տարիքը, որը պետք է երիտասարդին ձևավորի որպես քաղաքացի, նա անց է կացնում փակ տղայական շրջապատում, շատ հաճախ մի մթնոլորտում, որտեղ վատ բարքերը շատ ավելի շատ են: Եվրոպական երկրներում զինվորական կրթությունը զուգահեռ անցնում են և՛ քաղաքացիական բուհերում, և՛ ռազմական ուսումնական հաստատություններում, և նրանք դառնում են ռազմական բժիշկներ, ռազմական տնտեսագետներ և այլն»:

Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանը նշեց, որ այդ ծրագիրն արդեն առաջարկել է Պաշտպանության նախարարությանը, հույս ունենալով, որ ուշ թե շուտ՝ դա հնարավոր կլինի ներդնել նաև Հայաստանում, որպեսզի մեր զինվորները, սպաները լինեն հասարակության մի մասը:

«Եթե մենք ունենք գաղափարական զինված ուժեր, ուրեմն մենք ունենք մինիմում խնդիրներով զինված ուժեր: Եթե մենք ունենք կրթված բանակ, բնականաբար, մեր հանրության բոլոր խնդիրներն արդյունավետ կարող են լուծվել: Մնացածը տեխնիկական խնդիրներ են, որոնք շատ արագ կարող են լուծվել»,- ասաց Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանը:
