«Ուստավով չի թույլատրվում» բառերից հետո «ցելով» կրակել են Գ. Մկրտչյանի վրա. պատմում է կինը

2016 թվականի հուլիսի 17-ին ՊՊԾ գնդի գրավման ժամանակ հրազենային ծանր վնասվածքներ ստացած եւ մի քանի օր հետո հիվանդանոցում մահացած ՊՊԾ գնդի հերթապահ ծառայության հերթապահի օգնական Գագիկ Մկրտչյանի հարազատները նույնպես տեղյակ չեն եղել, որ սույն գործով դատավարությունն արդեն սկսվել է: Նշենք, որ դատական նիստի օրվա մասին չէին ծանուցվել նաեւ սպանված ոստիկան Յուրի Տեփանոսյանի հարազատները:

45-ամյա ոստիկանը ՊՊԾ գնդի գրավման օրը ստացել էր կրծքային-որովայնային հրազենային վիրավորում, նա մի քանի օր գտնվում էր վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում: Մկրտչյանը մահացել է օրեր անց՝ օգոստոսի 13-ին:

Նրա հարազատները հունիսի 8-ին նշանակված նիստի մասին իմացել են նիստի ավարտից հետո՝ լրատվամիջոցներից: Ավագ ենթասպայի հարազատներին հատկապես զայրացրել է այն հանգամանքը, որ «Սասնա ծռեր» խմբի անդամ Պավլիկ Մանուկյանը երգելով է մտել դատական նիստերի դահլիճ: «4 օր է տեղներս չենք գտնում, դատարան են մտնում պարելով՝ կարծես այնպիսի մեծ հերոսություն են արել ազգի համար... չեն էլ ասում երեք անմեղ զոհ են տվել»,- մեր զրույցում հուզված նշեց Մկրտչյանի կինը՝ Հասմիկ Ոսկանյանը:

Մեր հարցին, եթե ծանուցում ստանան, կմասնակցե՞ն դատական նիստերին, նա դրական պատասխան տվեց. «Անպայման ներկա ենք լինելու ընտանիքի բոլոր անդամներով»,- ավելացրեց նա:

Հասմիկ Ոսկանյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ ամուսինը վիրահատվելուց հետո մի քանի օր կցկտուր որոշ մանրամասներ է պատմել ՊՊԾ գնդի գրավման, իր վրա կրակելու մասին: Այսպիսով՝ Գագիկ Մկրտչյանը տիկնոջը պատմել է, որ հուլիսի 16-ի լույս 17-ի գիշերը պայթյունի նման ձայն է լսել, տեսախցիկներով տեսել է, որ մի բեռնատար հարվածել է գնդի դարպասներին: Մկրտչյանը մտածել է, որ վթար է եղել, քանի որ գրավումից մի քանի օր առաջ վթար էր եղել՝ մեքենայով հարվածել էին գնդի դարպասներին: Մտածելով, որ վթար է եղել, շտապօգնություն են զանգահարել: Այդ րոպեներին ավագ ենթասպան չի էլ հասցրել հասկանալ, թե ինչ է կատարվում:
