Հայաստանից խոշոր խաղացող է մուտք գործել Մոսկվայի անշարժ գույքի շուկա

Arendator.ru-ն գրում է, որ Ռուսաստանի անշարժ գույքի շուկայում նոր խաղացող է հայտնվել: Պարզվել է, որ «Messier Group»-ը, որն այս տարի Մոսկվայի կառավարությունից գնել է տրանսպորտային-փոխանակման երեք հանգույցներ (Տեքստիլշչիկի, Պեչատնիկի և Բորովսկոյե մայրուղի-3) կապված է գործարար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հետ: Այդ մասին գրել է «Վեդոմոստին»։ Հրատարակության տվյալներով 2021 թվականի վերջին ընկերությունն արդեն մոտ 15 միլիարդ ռուբլի է ներդրել մոսկովյան նախագծերում։

Ծառուկյանին անվանում են Հայաստանի ամենահարուստ գործարարը, իսկ նրա հիմնադրած «Մուլտի գրուպը» ներկայացված է բիզնեսի բազմաթիվ ոլորտներում սկսած ալկոհոլի առևտուրից («Արարատ» կոնյակի և օղու գործարան), շուկաներից մինչև ցեմենտի արտադրություն և բնական գազի ներկրում։ Բացի այդ, Ծառուկյանը «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահն է և երկրի Ազգային օլիմպիական կոմիտեի նախագահը։

Դատելով «Messier Group»-ի կայքի տեղեկություններից ընկերությունն արդեն ձեռք է բերել մայրաքաղաքի մի շարք վայրեր 250 հազար քառակուսի մետր ընդհանուր մակերեսով (ներառյալ բնակելի համալիրը մերձմոսկովյան Կլիմովսկում): «Messier Group»-ը մտադիր է շինարարական ստորաբաժանում ստեղծել, որը կարող է մինչև 2025 թվականը շահագործման հանձնել տարեկան մոտ 300 հազար քառակուսի մետր անշարժ գույքի տարածք: Ընկերության նպատակն է այդ պորտֆելը հասցնել 3 միլիոն քառակուսի մետր բնակելի և կոմերցիոն անշարժ գույքի տարածքի։
