«Դոն Պիպո» դեմ նախապատրաստվող սպանության գործով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավված Ա. Ք-ի հանրային պաշտպան Արմինե Ֆանյանը «Հետք»-ին մանրամասներ է հայտնել իր պաշտպանյակի ցուցմունքից: Ա.Ք-ն այն երեք անձանցից մեկն է, ով, ըստ ոստիկանության տարածած հաղորդագրության, հայտնաբերվել և բերման է ենթարկվել Էջմիածին քաղաքի բնակարաններից մեկից: Մեզ հետ զրույցում Ֆանյանը գործի, մեղադրյալների ձերբակալման վերաբերյալ միանգամայն այլ հանգամանքներ է ներկայացնում:

-Տիկին Ֆանյան, ձեր պաշտպանյալին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել «Դոն Պիպոյի» դեմ սպանություն նախապատրաստելու համար: Ինքն ի՞նչ դիրքորշում է հայտնում այս առնչությամբ:

- Նախ, ուզում եմ նշել, որ իմ պաշտպանյալն իր ցուցմունքում հայտնել է, որ նախքան ձերբակալվելը իրեն, ինչպես նաև իր հետ ձերբակալված մյուս երկու անձանց մինչև ատամները զինված անձինք տարել են և երեք օր անազատության մեջ պահել, ծեծի ենթարկել, տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածներ պատճառել: Պաշտպանյալիս ոտքին` ծնկից քիչ վերև հատվածում, դանակի կտրած-ծակած վերքի տեքսով վնասվածք կա: Նրա վնասվածքների բնույթը, առաջացման մեխանիզմը պարզելու համար նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն: Պաշտպանյալս դեպքի հետ իր առնչությունը հերքում է: Ըստ նրա հայտնած տվյալների՝ ինքը Էջմիածնի այդ տանը գտնվել է ընդամենը լավ ժամանակ անցկացնելու նպատակով՝ իր ընկերոջ հրավերով, ով իր հետ ձերբակալված անձանցից մեկն է: Որոշել էին գնալ, խորոված անել, և իր պնդմամբ՝ մսով լի կաթսան անգամ այնտեղ էր մնացել:

- Ձեր պաշտպանյալը մանրամասնե՞լ է, թե ովքեր էին իրենց տարել, ինչու, ինչ էին ուզում:

- Ինքն ասում է, որ իրենց անազատության մեջ պահող անձանցից որևէ մեկին չի ճանաչում: Ըստ պաշտպանյալիս հայտնած տեղեկությունների՝ այդ անձինք կարծել են, թե իրենց ինչ-որ սպանություն են նախապատրաստում. սկզբից իր ընկերոջն ու մյուս անձին են տարել, ապա զանգով իրեն են կանչել ու տարել այդ վայր: Պաշտպանյալս չգիտի, թե մինչև իր հայտնվելն այդ վայրում ինչ է եղել, բայց պնդում է, որ մյուս երկու անձանց ևս ծեծի են ենթարկել, տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներ պատճառել: Ասում է, որ երբ ինքը ներս է մտել, երկուսին էլ արդեն ծեծի ենթարկված են եղել. նրանց վրա կապտուկներ են եղել: Նշեմ, որ իմ պաշտպանյալի դեմքն էլ ամբողջությամբ կապտուկների մեջ էր: Ասում է, որ ինքը շարունակ պահանջել է բացատրություն տալ, թե ինչու են իրենք այնտեղ, և որևէ մեկը որևէ բան չի ասել. ավելի ուշ իրենք հասկացել են, որ ենթադրյալ սպանության նախապատրաստման համար են իրենց տարել:
