«Իրատես». Սամվել Կարապետյանի «Ռիո»-ն շուտով կբացվի Երեւանում. բաժին ունի նաև Գ․ Բեգլարյանը

«Իրատես» թերթը գրում է. «Մեծահարուստ Սամվել Կարապետյանը շուտով առեւտրի եւ զվարճանքի հերթական խոշոր կենտրոնը կբացի Հայաստանում: Արաբկիր համայնքում` Ա. Ավետիսյան-Վ. Փափազյան խաչմերուկից մինչեւ Հ. Քոչար-Վ. Փափազյան խաչմերուկ ձգվող տարածքում, կառուցվում է մոսկովյան ապրանքանիշ հանդիսացող «Ռիո» ցանցի կենտրոններից մեկը:

Ռուսաստանի 17 քաղաքներում այժմ գործում են ցանցի 21 կենտրոններ: Երեւանյան կենտրոնում կլինեն 100-ից ավելի տաղավարներ« կգործեն «Տաշիր պիցցա», «Սինեմա Սթար» ցանցի կենտրոնները, բանկ, սուպերմարկետ, սրճարան եւ այլ ծառայություններ:

Որոշ տեղեկություններով, այս կենտրոնի համար Սամվել Կարապետյանը ծախսել է ավելի քան 50 մլն դոլար: Կենտրոնի ընդհանուր մակերեսը մոտ 22 հազար քմ է: Այն ունենալու է 4 մասնաշենք, 1-ին մասնաշենքը կունենա 4 հարկ, 2-րդը՝ 2, 3-րդը՝ 3, 4-րդը՝ 2 հարկ:

Աշխատանքներն արդեն ավարտին են մոտենում: Օրերս փակցվել է ցուցանակ, որ շուտով կբացվի «Ռիո» կենտրոնը, որին նախորդել էր հայտարարություն, թե տարածքներ են վարձակալման տրվում: Այս խոշոր կառույցը համատեղ բիզնես ծրագիր է, դրանում իր մասնաբաժինն ունի նաեւ տրանսպորտի եւ կապի նախկին նախարար Գագիկ Բեգլարյանը: «Ռիո» հիպերմարկետի տարածքը Գագիկ Բեգլարյանինն է:
