Քաղաքագետ. Մոսկվան փորձում է նվազագույնի հասցնել Անկարայի ազդեցությունը Բաքվի վրա

rossaprimavera.ru-ն գրում է, որ  Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների մասին հռչակագիրը Մոսկվայի փորձն է նվազագույնի հասցնել թուրքական ազդեցությունը Բաքվի վրա: Նման կարծիք է հայտնել ռուս քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Մարկեդոնովը։ Քաղաքագետը նշել է, որ հռչակագրի ստորագրումը չի փոխում Ռուսաստանի վերակողմնորոշումը Երևանից Բաքու: «Չեմ կարծում, որ այժմ կարելի է խոսել Հայաստանից Ադրբեջան Ռուսաստանի քաղաքականության ինչ որ վերակողմնորոշման մասին։ Շատ հատկանշական է, որ փետրվարի 21-ին՝ Իլհամ Ալիևի Ռուսաստան ժամանելուն զուգահեռ, Վլադիմիր Պուտինը Փաշինյանին պաշտոնական այցով Մոսկվա այցելելու հրավեր է ուղարկել»,- ընդգծել է Մարկեդոնովը։

Նա նշել է, որ Անկարայի և Բաքվի հետ շփումները Երևանի հետ հարաբերությունները հավասարակշռելու ռուսական ավանդական քաղաքականությունն է, ուստի Անդրկովկասում Մոսկվայի վարքագծի տրամաբանությունը թուրքամետ չէ, չկա հստակ բաժանում բարեկամների և թշնամիների։  «Մոսկվան հնարավորինս փորձում է հասնել ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի և ընդհանրապես հայ-ադրբեջանական կարգավորման փոխզիջումային լուծմանը միաժամանակ պահպանելով ազդեցությունը երկու երկրների վրա»,- ընդգծել է քաղաքագետը։

Բացի այդ, Մոսկվան ուրախ չի լինի ադրբեջանա-թուրքական կապերի ամրապնդմամբ ի վնաս Ռուսաստանի։ Ադրբեջանին դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների մակարդակի առաջարկը ենթադրում է նվազագույնի հասցնել Անկարայի և Բաքվի միջև կապերի ամրապնդումը։ Թե որքանով է այս միտքը ճիշտ, ցույց կտա ժամանակը, հավելել է քաղաքագետը նշելով նաև, որ մինչ այժմ այդ կառուցվածքը քիչ թե շատ աշխատել է չնայած բազմաթիվ դժվարություններին։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների մասին հռչակագիրը ստորագրվել է երկու երկրների ղեկավարներ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի և Իլհամ Ալիևի կողմից փետրվարի 22-ին Մոսկվայում։
