Ռուսաստանը բոյկոտել է ՄԱԿ-ի միջազգային դատարանի նիստը՝ կապված Ուկրաինայի հայցի հետ

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ներկայացուցիչները մարտի 7-ի առավոտյան չեն ներկայացել ՄԱԿ-ի միջազգային դատարան, որտեղ քննվել է Ուկրաինայի հայցն ընդդեմ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության՝ «ցեղասպանության» մեղադրանքով, հայտնում է Reuters-ը։

Դատարանը հայտնել է, որ ցավում է Ռուսաստանի չներկայանալու համար, նշում է գործակալությունը։ Նիդեռլանդներում Ռուսաստանի դեսպանատան ներկայացուցիչը չի պատասխանել մեկնաբանության խնդրանքին:

Ռուսաստանի դեմ գործով լսումների ժամանակ ՄԱԿ-ի միջազգային դատարանի նախագահ Ջոան Դոնոգյուն հայտարարել է, որ ռուսական կողմից  ստացել է պաշտոնական գրավոր մերժում։

Հիշեցնենք, որ փետրվարի 27-ին Ուկրաինան հայց է ներկայացրել ՄԱԿ-ի միջազգային դատարան ընդդեմ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության։ 

Հիշեցնենք, որ փետրվարի 24-ի առավոտյան ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հայտարարել էր Ուկրաինայի ապառազմականացման համար հատուկ ռազմական գործողություն սկսելու մասին։

Հեռուստաուղերձում նա ասել էր, որ հանգամանքները «մեզնից պահանջում են վճռական և անհապաղ գործողություններ, Դոնբասի ժողովրդական հանրապետությունները օգնության խնդրանքով դիմել են Ռուսաստանին»:

Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարի խոսքով, արյունահեղության ողջ պատասխանատվությունը կլինի Ուկրաինայում իշխող ռեժիմի խղճի վրա։ Նա ուկրաինացի զինվորականներին կոչ է արել չկատարել ուկրաինական իշխանությունների հանցավոր հրամանները, վայր դնել զենքերն ու գնալ տուն։
