«Հայաստանի իշխանությունն է մեղավոր, որ այսօր պատժամիջոցներ չեն կիրառվել Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ». Արթուր Ղազինյան

ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արթուր Ղազինյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է.

ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ պետությունների (ԱՄՆ, Ռուսաստան, Ֆրանսիա) նախագահները, 2008 - 2014 թթ ընթացքում առնվազն հինգ անգամ հայտարարեցին, որ Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունը չունի ռազմական լուծում, իսկ ուժի կամ ուժի սպառնալիքի կիրառումն անթույլատրելի է:
 
2020թ-ի սեպտեմբերի 27-ին Ադրբեջանն և Թուրքիան՝ արհամարհելով այդ հինգ հայտարարությունները և նրանց հեղինակներին, դիմեցին լայնամասշտաբ ագրեսիայի Արցախի դեմ:
 
Ագրեսիայի ընթացքում Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան հայերի դեմ պատերազմում ներգրավվելցին հազարավոր ահաբեկիչներ մերձավոր արևելքից, կիրառեցին արգելված սպիտակ ֆոսֆորի զենք, գլխատեցին քաղաքացիական անձանց և խոշտանգեցին հարյուրավոր հայ ռազմագերիների:
 
Այս ամենը նորություն չէ, ասվել ու խոսվել է բազմիցս:
 
Բայց սա նոր իմաստ ու բովանդակություն է ստանում Ուկրաինայում ծավալվող իրադարձությունների ֆոնին, որտեղ միավորված արևմուտքը հայտնվել է «սանկցիոն էյֆորիայի» մեջ և մեկը մյուսի հետևից պատժամիջոցներ է կիրառում Ռուսաստանի և ռուսների դեմ, չլսված ռասիզմ է քարոզում ու քաջալերում ամբողջ Եվրոպայում:
 
Իսկ ինչու՞ էր նույն այդ միավորված արևմուտքը լուռ, խուլ ու համր, երբ Էրդողանն ու Ալիևը «փաթաթեցին» ուժի չկիրառման մասին ձեր առաջնորդների հայտարարությունները, երբ՝ որպես միջազգային ահաբեկչության հովանավոր պետություններ, ահաբեկիչների որջի վերածեցին տարածաշրջանը:
 
Ինչու՞ էին լռում, երբ տեսախցիկի առջև գլխատում էին տարեց արցախցուն միայն այն բանի համար, որ նա Հայ է:
 
Ինչու՞ չդատապարտեցին ու պատժամիջոցներ չկիրառեցին Ադրբեջանի դիկտատորի ու Թուրքական «սուլթանի» նկատմամբ՝ միջազգային անվտանգության դեմ նրանց կատարած գործողությունների համար:
 
Երևի այս հարցերին նրանք կպատասխանեն. դուք (Հայաստանի իշխանությունը) դա չպահանջեց, տեր չկանգնեց իր հայրենակիցներին, մոռացավ ու ներեց ռազմական հանցագործներին՝ լծվելով նրանց հետ բարեկամություն սկսելու թրքասիրական առաքելությանը:
 
Որոշ իմաստով ճիշտ կլինեն, Հայաստանի իշխանությունն է մեղավոր, որ այսօր պատժամիջոցներ չեն կիրառվել Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ:
 
Բայց ու՞ր մնացին ձեր հռչակած ընդհանուր համաեվրոպական արժեքները, իդեալները, որոնց հիմքի վրա Ժան Մոնեն ու Ռոբեր Շումանը՝ Ջորջ Մարշալի գործուն աջակցությամբ, կառուցում էին ազատության, արդարության և արդարադատության տարածությունն ու մեծ եվրոպական տունը:
 
Միջազգային քաղաքականության մեջ երկակի ստանդարտները ոչ ոք չի չեղարկել, բայց դրանք ևս պետք ունենան ողջամիտ, բանական կիրառություն և բացատրություն:
 
Հ.Գ. Ասվածը հավասարապես վերաբերելի է նաև ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ Ռուսաստանին, որն հիմա ճաշակում է «արևմտյան գործընկերների» հետ Արցախյան ողբերգությունը հանդուժելու դառը պտուղները և գործնականում առերեսվում է մեծ քաղաքականության երեպաշտությանն ու երկակի ստանդարտներին:
 
Հ.Հ.Գ. Լենինի սխալներն Ուկրաինայում ուղղելուց հետո պետք է ձեռնամուխ լինել Արցախի, Նախիջևանի և այլ Հայկական տարածքների հարցում Լենինի թույլ տված սխալներն ուղղելու գործին:
