Սիրելիներ, պահքը համընդհանուր ապաշխարության, ինքնամաքրման և ինքնակատարելագործման ճանապարհն է ցույց տալիս, Աստծո արքայության ժառանգորդը լինելու շնորհը պարգևում, միտքն ազատում տագնապալի ու հուսահատ խոհերից, հոգուն սրբություն է բերում և մարմնին՝ օգտակարություն։ Պահեցողությունը օգնում է մեզանում կատարելության նախանձախնդրությունը զորացնել, սեր և հաճություն տարածել առ մերձավորը, հաստատել բարիք ու խաղաղություն ընտանեկան կյանքում, շրջապատում և հասարակությունում։

Այսպիսի հոգեշահ իրագործումները ուժ են տալիս, որպեսզի զորանանք տերունապատվեր խոնարհության ու հեզության մեջ (Մատթ. 11.29), հեռու մնանք կամայականությունից և կատարենք մեր Տիրոջ և Փրկչի կամքը։

Աղոթենք միասին, որ մեր պահեցողությամբ ու ապաշխարությամբ Աստված մեզանից հեռացնի ամեն անկատարություն ու մեղսավոր ընթացք և խաղաղության, համերաշխության ու հոգևոր ուրախության մեջ հաստատի մեր կյանքը։ Հայցենք, որ արժանի լինենք Տիրոջ ամենառատ ողորմությանը և Փրկչի հրաշափառ Հարության տոնը դիմավորենք մաքուր սրտով ու հոգով։
