Լոռիում տարեց տղամարդն անառակաբարո գործողություններ է կատարել անչափահաս հարևանուհու նկատմամբ. Երեխայի տատը և հայրը պատժել են հարևանին

Լոռիում տարեց տղամարդն անառակաբարո գործողություններ է կատարել անչափահաս հարևանուհու նկատմամբ, ինչի մասին իմանալով երեխայի տատը մետաղյա ձողով հարվածներ է հասցրել տղամարդուն, երեխայի հայրն էլ՝ ծեծել։

«Փաստինֆո»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել երկու տարի առաջ՝ 2020թ, տղամարդն այն ժամանակ 73 տարեկան էր։ Վերջինս նկատել է իր տան անասնագոմի մոտ խաղաղացող, հարևանությամբ բնակվող երեխային, նրան կանչել անասնագոմ, որտեղ անառակաբարո գործողություններ է կատարել երեխայի նկատմամբ։ Դեպքից երկու ամիս անց տղամարդը կրկին փորձել է անառակաբարո գործողություններ կատարել իր տուն այցելած նույն աղջկա նկատմամբ, սակայն երեխան ասել է, որ ամեն ինչ կպատմի մորը, ինչից հետո տղամարդը բաց է թողել երեխայի ձեռքը, իսկ երեխան՝ փախել է տուն և կատարվածի մասին պատմել ծնողներին։ Դեպքի մասին իմանալուց հետո երեխայի ծնողներն անմիջապես գնացել են տղամարդու տան բակ՝ պատժելու։ Երեխայի տատը վերցրել է շուրջ 1 մետր երկարությամբ մետաղյա խողովակ և դրանով հարվածներ հասցրել տղամարդու մարմնի տարբեր մասերին, երեխայի հայրն էլ իր հերթին ձեռքերով և ոտքերով է հարվածներ հասցրել։

Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որի շրջանակներում մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ինչպես երեխայի նկատմամբ անառակաբարո գործողություններ կատարած տղամարդուն, այնպես էլ՝ երեխայի տատիկին և հորը։ Մեղադրյալների նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել ստորագրությունը՝ չհեռանալու մասին։ Քրեական գործով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, գործն այժմ Լոռու մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի վարույթում է։
