Մյունխենի անվտանգության կոնֆերանսից ստացված ազդակները հուսադրող չէին. Արտակ Զաքարյան

Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է՝
 
Մյունխենի անվտանգության կոնֆերանսից ստացված ազդակները հուսադրող չէին: Եթե ընդհանրացնելու լինենք ելույթների շեշտադրումները` կստացվի հետևյալ պատկերը.
 
- 2014թ-ից Ռուսաստանը դարձել է Արևմուտքի թշնամին:
- ՆԱՏՕ-ի ապագա ընդլայնումն ուղղված է լինելու Ռուսաստանի դեմ (նախկինում վստահեցնում էին, որ այն ուղղված է ոչ թե ՌԴ, այլ Իրանի դեմ):
 
- Արևելյան Եվրոպայում սպառազինությունների զինաթափման ռուսական պահանջն Արևմուտքի չի բավարարի (չնայած Գերմանիայի կանցլերը պատրաստ է բանակցելու):
 
- Ուկրաինայում պատերազմի դեպքում, կխզվեն ՌԴ հետ ֆինանսա-տնտեսական կապերը (հույսով , որ դրանով կթուլանա ռուսական տնտեսությունը):
 
- Արևմուտքը կտրուկ կկրճատի Ռուսաստանից ձեռքբերվող գազի գնումները,
 
- Ուկրաինային կընդունեն ԵՄ կազմի մեջ (ֆինանսական խոշոր աջակցություն կցուցաբերեն),
 
- Եվրամիությունը կընդլայնվի դեպի արևմտյան Բալյանների երկրներ,
 
- ՆԱՏՕ-ն չի թուլացնի, այլ ավելի կամրապնդիր իր ռազմական ներկայությունը Ռուսաստանի սահմաններին,
 
- աշխարհակարգը կշարունակվի կառուցվել լիբերալիզմի ունիվերսալ արժեքների վրա,
 
- Արևմուտքը կօգտագործի ներկա ճգնաժամը` իր շարքերն ամրապնդելու համար:
 
Այսպիսին էին մյունխենյան տրամադրությունները, որից կարծես թե կեմպրոմիսի «հոտ չէր գալիս»:
Հատկանշական է, որ այնպիսի գլոբալ մարտահրավերներն, ինչպիսիք են համավարակները, կլիմայի փոփոխությունը, միգրացիան, կիբեռ պատերազմները, էներգետիկ ճգնաժամերը, ինֆլյացիան և այլն, մյունխենյան օրակարգից դուրս էին մնացել: Արևմտյան լիդերները, Մյունխենում խոսել են միայն Եվրոպայի «պատերազմից»:
Սակայն, այն ինչի մասին խոսվեց մյունխենյան կոնֆերանսում` վեր է Արևմուտքի ուժերից: Եթե դրանք կիրառվեն` էականորեն կթուլանա նաև Եվրամիությունը` հատկապես տնտեսական և էներգետկ առումով: Այդ հակամարտությունից կշահի միայն ԱՄՆ-ը:
 
Այնուամենայնիվ, գլխավոր հարցը շարունակում է մնալ Արևմտյան աշխարհաքաղաքական օրակարգում. արդյո՞ք հանուն Ուկրաինայի, Արևմուտքը Ռուսաստանի հետ կգնա նման կոշտ հակամարտության: Հատկապես, որ նրանք չեն ցանկանում հրաժարվել իրենց նարատիվներից, իսկ ռուսական նարատիվներն անվանում են վտանգավոր պրոպագանդա: Այդ ճանապարհով, կոնֆլիկտը ոչ մի կերպ չի կարգավորվի:
 
Չնայած անվտանգության մյունխենյան կոնֆերանսի ագրեսիվ տոնայնությանը, այնուամենայնիվ, շանսեր կան, որ մոտ ժամանակներում ՆԱՏՕ-ն մորատորիում կհայտարարի իր հետագա ընդլայնման հարցում: Նման ակնարկ արեց Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Օլաֆ Շոլցը` իր ելույթում: Նման ազդակներ հնչեցին նաև Ֆրանսիայի կողմից:
