Բզկտված ԱՐՑԱԽ. վերադառնալու´ ենք:
 
ԹԱՂԱՍԵՌ, գյուղ Արցախի Հանրապետության Հադրութի շրջանում, որը Նիկոլի և նրան կցված խունտայի շնորհիվ, ներկայումս ժամանակավորապես գտնվում է Ադրբեջանի «զինված ուժերի» վերահսկողության ներքո։
 
Այն տեղաբախշված է հանրապետության հարավ-արևելյան հատվածում։ Հադրութ շրջկենտրոնից գտնվում է 1 կմ հեռավորության վրա, իսկ մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտից` 74 կմ հեռավորության վրա։ Լեռնային համայնք է, ունի 1144 հա տարածք, որից 616 հա գյուղատնտեսական նշանակության, 4741 անտառային հողեր։ Համայնքի տարածքում առկա են «Շենին», «Կոճին», «Սիսեռն» և «Տեղուն» աղբյուրները։
 
Համայնքի պատմամշակութային հուշարձաններից են` Սբ. Ամենափրկիչ եկեղեցի (17 դ.), գյուղատեղի «Հին շեն» (17 դ.), գերեզմանոց (17-19 դդ.), աղբյուր (20 դ.), կամուրջ (1763 թ.), հաշվառված է 19 հուշարձան։
 
Գյուղից մոտ 2 կմ հարավ-արևմուտք գտնվում է Թաղասերի անապատ հնավայրը․ այն տեղակայված է թթենիների և ընկուզենիների պուրակում՝ բլրակի ստորոտում։ Ս․ Աստվածածին եկեղեցին կառուցվել է 1635 թվականին։ Ս․ Աստվածածին եկեղեցին տեղակայված է նախկին ավերված եկեղեցու դիմաց, հին և նոր Թաղասեռ գյուղերի արանքում։
Եկեղեցու ներսում կան գերեզմանաքարեր և քանդակազարդ խաչքարեր։
 
Եկեղեցուց ներքև, գյուղի ավերակները մեծ տարածություն են զբաղեցնում, որը կոչվում է Շենատեղ։ Եկեղեցուց պահպանվել են պարիսպների պատերը, տների և եկեղեցիների տեղերը, սալահատակված փողոցների հետքերը։ Հնավայրում առկա են Խաչքարեր` արձանագրություններով։
 
Գյուղի բնակչությունը կազմում էր 434 մարդ, 121 տնտեսություն։ Բնակչությունը հիմնականում զբաղվում է գյուղատնտեսությամբ՝ անասնապահությամբ և հողագործությամբ։ Համայնքում գործում էր գյուղապետարան, մշակույթի տուն, բուժկետ, հիմնական դպրոց, որտեղ սովորում էին 60 աշակերտներ։
