Դատավորը 37 միլիոն դրամի չափով նվիրատվություն է ստացել. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

 

Լոռու մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Գրիգորի Վարդանյանը նախորդ տարի 37 միլիոն դրամի չափով նվիրատվություն է ստացել բնամթերքի տեսքով: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք դատավորի՝ Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողով ներկայացված 2016 թ. տարեկան հայտարարագրից:

Մասնավորապես, իր հայտարարագրում կարդում ենք, որ եկամուտների մի մասը կազմել են նվիրատվությունները՝ 4, 8 և 25 միլիոն դրամի չափով: Միաժամանակ, տեսնում ենք, որ վերջինս նախորդ տարի առանձնատուն և հողամաս է ձեռք բերել, սակայն դրա դիմաց ոչինչ չի վճարել: Կարելի է ենթադրել, որ բնամթերքով ստացված նվիրատվությունը այս անշարժ գույքերն են: Սրանից բացի նա վաճառել է իրեն պատկանող մեկ այլ հողամաս 13 միլիոն 500 հազար դրամով: Վերջինս նաև փոխառություններ է ունցել նախորդ տարի, որոնք կազմել են 30 միլիոն 300 հազար դրամ և 71 հազար 127 ԱՄՆ դոլար:

Դրամական միջոցները կազմել են 87 միլիոն 200 հազար դրամ, 67 հազար 400 ԱՄՆ դոլար և 53 հազար եվրո, իսկ տարեկան եկամուտները՝ 23 միլիոն 788 հազար դրամ, որից 3 միլիոն 878 հազար դրամը աշխատավարձն է, 13 միլիոն 500 հազար դրամը հողամասի վաճառքից ստացված գումարը, 4 միլիոն 227 հազար դրամը՝ ստացված փոխառություններ(վարկեր), իսկ 979 հազար դրամն էլ նշված է որպես այլ եկամուտներ:
