Կապիտուլյանտները հերթական անգամ փորձում են խեղաթյուրել ԼՂ բանակցությունների էությունը՝փորձելով ասել,թե իբր 2016-ին հանրաքվեի մասին կետը դուրս է եկել։
Դա լկտի սուտ է։
 
Ես խոսում եմ փաստերով։
 
Ահա ռուսաստանցի համանախագահ Ի.Պոպովի խոսքը։
 
«Что касается вариантов решения проблемы окончательного статуса Нагорного Карабаха, то лежавшие в последние годы на переговорном столе предложения предусматривали в качестве конечной цели, цитирую: «определение окончательного правового статуса Нагорного Карабаха путем проведения в сроки, согласованные сторонами, под эгидой ООН или ОБСЕ всенародного голосования, выражающего свободное волеизъявление населения Нагорного Карабаха и имеющего юридически обязательный характер в соответствии с нормами и принципами международного права. При этом формулировки вопроса или вопросов, выносимых на голосование, не будут ничем ограничиваться, а любой результат голосования будет уважаться сторонами». Кстати, ширину и статус Лачинского коридора также предлагалось рассмотреть только на втором этапе с учетом возвращения Азербайджану Кельбаджарского и Лачинского районов.
Ни армянская, ни азербайджанская стороны не отвергали эти предложения, хотя полного согласия достичь не удавалось, но главное – переговоры велись на регулярной основе. Вплоть до 2018 г., когда Ереван выдвинул новые подходы».
