«Դատի՛ր, թե չէ կդատվես» բանաձևով են մեր երկրում շփվում դատավորների հետ. Աննա Գրիգորյան

Ազգային ժողովի «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Աննա Գրիգորյանը վստահեցնում է՝ ստում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, երբ ասում է, թե մարդասիրությունից ելնելով է արցախյան առաջին պատերազմի ընթացքում զոհված ադրբեջանցիների մասունքները հանձնել Ադրբեջանին։ 168 TV-ի «Ռեվյու» հաղորդաշարի եթերում Գրիգորյանը նաև ընդգծեց՝ անգամ ադրբեջանական կողմն է Փաշինյանի արած այդ հայտարարություններին սարկազմով վերաբերվում։

«Մինչդեռ մարդասիրությունից խոսելուց առաջ մեր ռազմագերիների վերադարձի հարցը պետք է դիտարկեր, իսկ ի՞նչ արեց Փաշինյանը՝ վերադարձրեց ՀՀ-ում գտնվող ադրբեջանցի գերիներին՝ նրանց դիմաց չստանալով այնտեղ պահվող մեր բոլոր գերիներին։

Այս քայլից հետո նա գնաց սակարկության՝ ադրբեջանական կողմին հատկացնելով պետական գաղտնիք համարվող ականապատ դաշտերի բոլոր քարտեզները. կրկնում եմ՝ բոլոր քարտեզները հայկական կողմը տվել է՝ սակարկելով, բայց արդյունքում դարձյալ չի կարողացել բոլոր գերիներին վերադարձնել, հետևապես, պարզ է, որ հերթական զիջմանն է գնալու։ Կարդացեք Շուշիի հռչակագիրը և տեսեք, թե Սյունիքի մասով ինչ նկրտումներ ունեն, և ակնհայտ կդառնա ևս մեկ անգամ, որ անգամ աշխարհաքաղաքական համատեքստում գնում է քաղաքական առևտուր և սակարկում։ Չգիտեմ՝ էլ ինչի՞ է պատրաստ Փաշինյանը, բայց ակնհայտ է, որ նա գնալու է ամեն ինչի՝ իր իշխանությունը պահելու համար, և հիմա էլ գնում է աշխարհաքաղաքական առևտրի, որի արդյունքները հետո կտեսնենք»,- ասաց Գրիգորյանը։

Ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորի խոսքով՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն Ադրբեջանի հետ սակարկությունների գնալով՝ նաև հրաժարվում է պատասխան տալ, թե Հայաստանն այդ ի՞նչ առաջարկներ է ներկայացրել Ադրբեջանին, որ մերժվել են։

«Առաջարկներից ո՞ր կետերին է դեմ եղել, այդ ի՞նչ բովանդակային փոփոխությամբ նոր առաջարկ են մերժվելուց հետո ներկայացրել, և ինչո՞ւ սահմանագծման և սահմանազատման հարցով մենք նախապայման չենք դնում, որ դրան կգնանք, եթե ադրբեջանցիները դուրս գան Հայաստանի օկուպացրած տարածքներից»,- ասաց Գրիգորյանը՝ նշելով, որ այս հարցերի վերաբերյալ, որպես ընդդիմադիր խմբակցություն, հարցեր են ուղղում Կառավարության ղեկավարին ու անդամներին ու ամեն անգամ ստանում մանիպուլյացված պատասխաններ, և արդյունքում՝ պարտության իշխանությունն այդ մանիպուլյացիաներով շարունակում է պաշտոնավարել՝ իր տապալումների պատճառները բարդելով այլոց վրա։

««Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը պատերազմի կուսակցություն է ու կորցրել իր լեգիտիմությունն այն առումով, որ խաղաղություն հաստատելու կոչերով եկավ, բայց դա չի կարողանում անել։ Ադրբեջանը հիմա ոչ միայն օկուպացված Շուշիի մասին է խոսում, այլ միջազգային ցուցահանդեսում խոսում է Սյունիքի վերաբերյալ իր պատկերացումների մասին»,- ասաց Գրիգորյանը։

Գրիգորյանն անդրադարձավ նաև լեգիտիմությունը կորցրած իշխանության կողմից դատական իշխանության նկատմամբ կիրառվող ճնշումներին ու շեշտեց.

«Փաշինյանական արդարադատություն է իրականացվում։ Իրավական դաշտի մասին խոսելն իմաստ չունի. իրականացվում է քաղաքական հետապնդում։ Կան ոչ ցանկալի դատավորներ, որոնցից իրենք պետք է ազատվեն։ Մենք ապրում ենք մի երկրում, որտեղ դատավորների հետ շփվում են «դատի՛ր, թե չէ կդատվես» բանաձևով»,- ասաց Գրիգորյանը։
