Վերին Շորժայում վարելահողերը ուղիղ նշանառության տակ են. ցորենի, գարու և կարտոֆիլի դաշտերը կմնան անմշակ

2020թ․ Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած պատերազմից հետևանքով սահմանամերձ դարձած Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վերին Շորժա գյուղում առայժմ սպասողական վիճակում են։ Թե անասուներին որտեղ են արածեցնելու, չգիտեն։ «Ադրբեջանցիները նստած են մեր արոտավայրերում՝ սահմանագծի ամբողջ երկայնքով։ Վարելահողերն էլ ուղիղ նրանց նշանառության տակ են։

Ընդամենը 500-600 մետր են հեռու դաշտերից։ Ով էնտեղ հող կմշակի, ուղիղ նշանառության տակ են։ «Փաստինֆո»-ի հետ զրույցում գյուղապետ Արտյոմ Երանոսյանը նշել է՝ անասնագլխաքանակը զգալի կրճատվել է։ Գյուղապետը մտավախություն ունի, որ ժամանակին ցորենի, գարու և կարտոֆիլի դաշտերը կմնան անմշակ։ Ասում է՝ վարելահողերի հազիվ 30 տոկոսը մշակվի, թշնամու ուղիղ նշանառության տակ աշխատելը հեշտ չէ։

Բայց Վերին Շորժայից հեռանալու մասին գյուղացիները չեն մտածում։ «Մարդիկ իրենց տանը նստած սպասում են, որ գարունը գա, տեսնեն՝ ինչ են անում։ Ով կավելացնի անասնագլխաքանակը, ով կկրճատի, հետո կերևա»,-ասել է Երանոսյանը։

Փաստացի, ինչպես Արտյոմ Երանոսյանն է ասում, Վերին Շորժայի արոտատեղիների ու վարելահողերի այն մասը, որը դեպի սահմանային կողմն է, չի կարող օգտագործվել։

Գյուղացիները ստիպված են առայժմ բավարարվել գյուղի մյուս հատվածի փոքրածավալ դաշտերով ու արոտատեղիներով։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության օրոք՝ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի 6 համայնք դարձել է սահմանամերձ։ Այս մասին «Փաստինֆո»-ի գրավոր հարցին ի պատասխան հայտնել են Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանից։

«2020թ. Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած պատերազմի հետևանքով փաստացի սահմանամերձ են դարձել Սոտք, Վերին Շորժա, Ներքին Շորժա, Նորաբակ, Կութ և Ազատ բնակավայրերը։ Փաստացի սահմանամերձ դարձած բնակավայրերը կառավարության որոշմամբ ներառվել են սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի ցանկում»,- պաշտոնապես հայտնել են մարզպետարանի գլխավոր քարտուղար Սևակ Խլղաթյանը՝ նշելով, որ սահանամերձ բնակիչները, կառավարության համապատասխան որոշմամբ, օգտագործած ոռոգման ջրի վարձավճարները 50%-ի չափով փոխհատուցում են ստացել։

Բացի այդ՝ նշված 6 բնակավայրերի բնակիչների համար սահմանվել են ՀՀ կառավարության 2014թ. դեկտեմբերի 18-ի N 1444-Ն որոշմամբ սահմանված արտոնությունները, այն է ՝ հաշվարկային տարվա ընթացքում սպառած էլեկտրաէներգիայի 1444կվտ և 360խմ գազի չափով փոխհատուցվում է կառավարության կողմից:


Մարզպետարանի գրությունից նաեւ պարզ է դարձել, որ այստեղ բնակիչների սպառած էլեկտրաէներգիայի դիմաց նաեւ Միացյալ Էմիրությունների դեսպանատունն է փոխհատուցում տալիս։

«Գեղարքունիքի մարզի սոցիալապես անապահով ընտանիքների համար Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունների դեսպանատան (այսուհետ՝ Դեսպանատուն) նախաձեռնությամբ իրականացվում է բարեգործական ծրագիր(սպառած էլեկտրաէներգիայի վարձավճարի մասնակի փոխհատուցում՝ 14 հազար դրամի չափով, իսկ նույն ընտանիքի երեխաներից յուրաքանչյուրին տրամադրվելու է մոտ 8500 դրամ հագուստ և կոշկեղեն ձեռք բերելու համար):Սոտք, Վերին Շորժա, Ներքին Շորժա, Նորաբակ, Կութ և Ազատ բնակավայրերի թվով 41 ընտանիք ընդգրկված է այս ծրագրում»,- հայտնել է մարզպետարանը:

Պաշտոնական գրությամբ նաեւ հաստատվել է, որ համայնքների արոտավայրերը հայտնվել են թշնամու նշանառության տակ։

«Խնդիրներ կան անասնապահության և գյուղատնտեսության հետ կապված: Խոտհարքերի և արոտավայրերի որոշակի հատվածներ հայտվել են թշնամու կողմից ուղիղ նշանառության տակ»,- արձանագրել է տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինը:
