Հանրային քննարկման է դրվել 2022-2023 ուստարվա համար բուհերի ընդունելության անվճար և վճարովի տեղերի նախագիծը

ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարությունը իրավական ակտերի e-draft.am հարթակում հանրային քննարկման է ներկայացրել 2022-2023 ուսումնական տարվա համար բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատություններին հատկացվող անվճար և վճարովի ընդունելության տեղերի նախագիծը՝ բակալավրի ու անընդհատ և ինտեգրացված կրթական ծրագրերով։

Ըստ առաջարկվող նախագծի՝ 2022-2023 ուսումնական տարվա` պետության կողմից ուսանողական նպաստների ձևով ուսման վարձի լրիվ փոխհատուցմամբ (անվճար) առկա ուսուցմամբ բակալավրի կրթական ծրագրով ընդունելությանը կհատկացվի 2922 տեղ, որից 88-ը՝ օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների համար: Նախորդ տարվա համեմատ` այս տարի նախատեսվել է 100 տեղով ավելացնել բակալավրի կթական ծրագրով ընդունելության համար նախատեսվող անվճար տեղերի թիվը: Ավելացված տեղերը հատկացվելու են բնագիտամաթեմատիկական, ճարտարագիտական և տեխնոլոգիական (STEM) ոլորտի մասնագիտություններին՝ հաշվի առնելով դրանց կարևորությունը պետության տնտեսության զարգացման համար։ 

Անվճար ուսուցման ընդունելության համար ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍՆ բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների համար նախատեսված 1938 տեղերից 1100-ը (56,8%) կտրամադրվի ԲՏՃՄ (STEM) ոլորտի մասնագիտություններին, որից տեղեկատվահաղորդակցական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտին՝ 414 տեղ (37,6%): Համեմատության համար նշենք, որ նախորդ՝ 2021-2022 ուսումնական տարվա համար STEM ոլորտի մասնագիտությունների անվճար ուսուցման ընդունելության համար հատկացվել էր 1000 տեղ, որից տեղեկատվահաղորդակցական տեխնոլոգիաների (IT) ոլորտին՝ 272 տեղ: Այսինքն՝ այս տարվա նախագծում նշված երկու ուղղություններին հատկացվող անվճար տեղերն ավելացվել են։ 

Պաշտպանության նախարարության ներկայացրած հայտով 2022-2023 ուսումնական տարվա համար Վ. Սարգսյանի անվան ռազմական համալսարանին ինչպես նախորդ տարի, այս տարի նույնպես նախատեսվել է հատկացնել 230, իսկ ՀՀ ՊՆ Մարշալ Ա. Խանփերյանցի անվան ռազմական ավիացիոն համալսարանին՝ 76 տեղ։ Oտարերկրյա ռազմաուսումնական հաստատությունների համար նախատեսված տեղերն ավելացվել են 33-ով՝ նախորդ տարվա 82-ի փոխարեն. այս տարի սահմանվել է 115 տեղ:

 ՀՀ ՊՆ ‹‹Պատիվ ունեմ›› ծրագրով ընդունելության համար այս տարի նախատեսվում է հատկացնել 245 տեղ, այդ թվում` 20 տեղ՝ Արցախի Հանրապետությանը:

Այս տարի ևս առանձին ընդունելության տեղեր կհատկացվեն ‹‹Արարատյան բակալավրիատ›› ծրագիրն իրականացնող ուսումնական հաստատությունների շրջանավարտների համար: 

Վճարովի հիմունքներով ուսուցմամբ ընդունելության համար կտրամադրվի 22300 տեղ։ Բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների վճարովի ուսուցման համակարգում ուսման վարձի չափը որոշում է տվյալ ուսումնական հաստատությունը` համաձայն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության 2015 թվականի փետրվարի 19-ի N 163-Ն որոշման։

Նշենք, որ բուհերին նախապես հանձնարարվել էր անվճար ուսուցման տեղերի հայտը ներկայացնելիս հաշվի առնել բուհի կարիերայի կենտրոնի վերլուծությունը աշխատաշուկայի պահանջարկի վերաբերյալ:
